Theres lte almost everywhere on the far west Madison/Middleton!! Decent speeds too!

yes there is, I was very impressed that they lite it up on the west side. it looked like east then slowly moving west.

Still no LTE from Middleton, Tokay or State Street towers in Madison.  I really would like to know what's going on. Just when we thought we were soooo close to getting some coverage here.  Clearly the backhaul wasn't in place or something.  All the other hardware is all there.  At least the Rimrock tower is active, but doesn't really broadcast very far.

No it doesn't, it is a very small area.

Well, how was it? Did you get LTE? Were you able to use your phone for more than a paperweight?

 

I'd imagine you're still heavily hung over and sleeping.

It was good, however waiting in line of over 3K dropped me down to almost no 3G...  Once people spread out it was nice, took a few photos and they uploaded to facebook in no time.

Today will be the day I get to use LTE all day, in madison at great taste near rimrock

Yup Rimrock tower by Alliant Energy Center is live and Broadcasting. Those attending Band Camp in a couple weeks will be able to download all the metal they can.

Awesome so as I wait for a beer at the great taste I'll have LTE to bad about the middleton tower

I for one hope that it goes live soon, got family that lives about half a mile from there and I live about a block from greenway

Near Airport Rd and the beltline.  I would be out there tonight, alas I am not going to be able to make my softball game tonight. 

I live near Greenway station and I would suspect this tower would supply LTE for me and I do not have LTE   I do go by that area a lot and will check it out.  Is there a site that told you that tower is up?  I couldnt find anything on Middletons website.

looks like another tower just got up on the east side of madison.  

Well, all the towers I've been snooping around show no improvements unfortunately.

definitely nothing new on the west side.

any news on madison west side?  I see east is getting it setup and even some downtown.

No LTE near Old Sauk, nor Todd Dr yet.
