  1. Since I live in Puerto Rico I cant use Google Voice, so that leaves me looking for a good voicemail app on the Play Store. First I tried Youmail but didnt like but now I am using Visual Voicemail Plus and so far is working good. Give it a try.

  2. So I been rocking a nexus 5 the last couple of days and I got to say that this thing picks up lte everywhere. Seriously, if lte connectivity is the most important thing to you then I highly recommend the nexus 5 for sure. I just went from crownbay to redhook and the only time it disconnected from lte was when I past the sapphire area almost to redhook. On the way back to town from redhook, it connected right before I got to sugarbay and it stayed connected from there all through skyline, down mafolie hill back into town without disconnecting once. If you want lte coverage, the nexus 5 is the device to get.

I have been using mine for some few days too and I can also say that this device Is Awesome at holding LTE signal... The best $408.00 I spent this year.

  3. Got the phone yesterday from Sprint, its great and luckily I don't have any issues with LTE connectivity whatsoever. Works great out of the box. My only gripe its with the voicemail. Receive a call, let it go to voicemail and it won't show any voicemail notification. Have to dial 1 to go into voicemail to check if I have a voicemail. Can't do Google Voice, because it doesn't work in Puerto Rico. My last Android phone (Gingerbread 2.3) at least I received a visual notification that I had voicemail. Now nada. Besides Google Voice, anyone receives a voicemail notificaction? Any ideas?

Gustavo I also live in Puerto Rico and I am having the same problem as you since GV does not work in PR. There are some apps on the store like Youmail Visual Voicemail that I will give a try.

  4. I received my 32gb N5 this past thursday. The first thing I notice was the RF performance of LTE. Usually In my bedroom my Samsung Galaxy S4 was getting from -108 to -113dbm, now with this phone I am getting -93 to -95dbm. I am finally happy that I can have LTE signal in one of our favorite place in the house "The Bathroom" were my SGS4 dropped back to 3G. Doing my morning Glory while reading the news on my cell phone with LTE now is "Priceless"

  5. Oh talking about more victims, today i referred another co-worker to switch from At&t to Sprint. The $50 promotion is on again sweet. It was not that hard to make him switch..... He wants unlimited data, he wants a Note 3 and T-Mobile coverage sucks were he lives. Profit :-)
