For a few days I was getting no LTE at the Carroll location where I also got LTE. Now it's back. Maybe they were messing with it.

LTE seems unavailable in places I could always get it in the Carroll, Canal Winchester, Lancaster areas. Wazzzupp?

That's cool. I read a few articles as well. I guess I'm asking what are your thoughts. Guys on here seem to know more than people who write these articles. When will it be available? Are you excited for it? What does this mean for Sprint?

There is a new tower going up on the grounds of Hartley High School. Livingston and James Rd. Could it be Sprint?

Wow that would be great. I coach up there and get terrible service.

The new AT&T tower in Carroll, OH is online now. Blowing away those nasty Root Metrics scores in that area now....

 

On to Sprint network news, while in Carroll I observed that the Sprint site still has no 8T8R hardware installed but the T-Mobile equipment on the same tower looks new. FWIW, a couple weeks ago there was a ton of fiber work going on near that site as well. Vroom Vroom for the folks in Carroll now, well some.

I'm just guessing but that work could be anything. They're getting ready to build an overpass/ramp at that intersection this spring. They've been doing lots of underground stuff. They ran fiber last year to that pole from winchester road around McDonald's to the tower.

Can you still buy them?

OK. I've mentioned before but I really wanted to get the new moto x since I like my current moto x. I'm due for an upgrade and want to enjoy band 41... But don't know if I can't wait for moto x since it's not guaranteed. HTC E8? Galaxy S5? G3 (a little to big). I know this isn't a board for phone advice but I want to enjoy triband goodness!

My HTC Evo LTE had a weak radio and I'm not a fan on sense... Also rooting is over my head

First to update?

First to get Kit Kat. Will likely come out with the Lollipop software before others but just a guess.

In thinking the Moto X+1 will be nice. I have the Moto X and although the specs are very average the performance is really nice... And it's the first to update. They say the X+1 should be more competitive with the higher profile phones. Probably released in September.
