Park/18th and 1st/Glenn.

River and Alvernon- i can ride my bike over there- but is this the tower located at Prince and Country Club, next to the Rillito ??
That'd be it. (River/Alvernon was the only spot on sensorly that seemed obvious a week ago)
-
I got River/Alvernon. Don't know if it's still needed/helpful? (sorry for the delay)
Yes, we do still need samsung lte engineering for that site. Thanks for the attempt
-
Yuma's good for now Remember, if you see an ID that isn't on the map now, it's a new site!
-
That's most of Yuma!
Need PCIs for: Yuma 8th/8th, Drexel Heights, Bisbee, River/Alvernon, Oracle/Orange Grove, 1st/Glenn
Need GCI for: Nogales, Drexel Heights, Bisbee, 6th Ave/I-10, 22nd/I-10, Broadway/Harrison

Serving cell. Each site has one per sector 169 apart. I.e. 32/4th you got 19 for sector 1. Sector 2 is 188 (19+169), 3 is 357 (188+169). Gotta admit I like the hex ids better, but complete data is still preferred and I'm personally stuck with the Samsung version.Techsmurf, what number on the engineering screen are you looking to to ID the sites? I just cruised around town and took some screens shots. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk

I'm really curious about those little blips on the north west side of town. They could just be random blips OR maybe another tower lol
So far they're just small islands of fringe signal, but you're welcome to go grab engineering screens anyway
-
Yuma's Pacific tower is fully identified now. Still need PCIs for A/32, B/20, and 8th/8th. (You sank my battleship!!)
-
One of my friends just texted me saying that he's getting LTE in Nogales!
I believe someone on this board is from Nogales/Rio Rico so they should probably get to mapping!!
Sensorly or it didn't happen.
Btw, there's lte in Bisbee of all places now per sensorly.

I saw some talk of this earlier in this thread, but it seemed a bit back and forth...
Are current Cyanogen builds allowing signalcheck to populate GCI/PCI info from Samsung handsets?
-
Here's a screenshot of the LTE engineering screen. I'm near the Riley site.
Lateck,
Awesome! That's the first physical ID I have for anything in Yuma, though, so I couldn't use it to confirm a new site broadcasting. I need engineering screens from a Samsung device for the other 4 too. Hypeo has submitted a unique hex id for that site, though, so we do know it's up and running.
-
1st and Glenn
With this I can confirm the earlier posted ID for river/alvernon is different. Thanks
BTW, SignalCheck has a GCI field on HTC devices, it seems. This is all I'm looking for. You don't really need to dig into engineering if SignalCheck is displaying it

Sorry, my tApatalk app was not working..
Here are the engineering screens

Confirmed 5th hex id for Yuma.

I completely understand but at home I don't use that much data, aside from last night. At work our WiFi is locked down and most apps I use don't work right so WiFi is not a reliable option.

Sad truth. Most workplaces don't have a cool IT manager who sets up a separate virtual guest wifi network for employees to use for their personal devices... Now if only my employees would realize I'm still not going to let them look at porn at work...

So 4 new accepted sites? Where at
Specific locations of accepted sites are available on my sponsor map.

I'm napping right now
Well get yer butt up and get us some lte engineering screens!
-
That's 5/20 for Yuma County.
-
Interesting track popped up on sensorly from someone on eastbound I-10 near Ruthrauff. It's faint, but it seems to be pointed the wrong direction to be fringe signal from a known site. Someone (*cough*newgrounds*cough*) should investigate the area N/NW of this track.
-
I got this three from River/Alvernon.

Sadly I can't do much with this data yet, since we still don't have hex IDs for 1st/Glenn
I can also go to river and Alvernon tomorrow if any more info is needed. (another engineering screen?)
TechSmurf, I got you. Just turned off mapping on my phone. Wish I could do more to help...sorry for messing with the maps!
Yes, we still need samsung serving cell IDs for River/Alvernon.
-
Well, for one, someone should REALLY go map river/alvernon area... and get LTE engineering screens.. for the other, these signal patterns are pretty telling (they weren't quite distinguishable from broadway/harrison a few days ago, but they're solidly suspect now)
-
Alright! Well... everything I suspected has been LTE Accepted... even the one I suspected so faintly that I didn't even mention it.
-
Lte engineering screenshots from near each active tower would allow us to better verify new towers coming online in the future. See link in my sig.I'm in Yuma and a Samsung user, what do you need I'll try to do what I can

Good stuff, Jeff!
I've got a small to-do list still running if anyone's bored:
Tucson HTC/LG/iPhone folks: We've only got hex IDs for the new tower at OG/Oracle. If you're bored I could use 'em for the rest.
Tucson Samsung/iPhone folks: We don't have confirmed serving cell IDs for that new tower, Park/18th, or the one in Drexel.
Yuma Samsung/iPhone folks: We've got hex IDs for everything, but we don't have serving cell IDs for anything. Not a big deal if Hypeo is going to be the only person handling this...
Southeast AZ folks: I hope people are running Sensorly in Santa Cruz and Cochise County.
-
Have they forgotten DMAFB and Rita Ranch, aka Southeast Tucson?
There are many areas still without, not just SE. I think the wilmot gate has good odds of being high on the to-do list.

Nope. Campus is state land, no building permits. We won't have any idea anything's going on with it until someone catches a crew working on it or it's accepted.
