LTE By Saint Lukes Hospital, full service.
-
My G2 was making calls and then disconnecting, I could only hold a call for about 2 seconds. I saw I was getting 800 at my house, which I never did before. I live on 9th and Morgan and I was getting a 800 signal from 7th and Cleveland. They told me to put my phone into cdma and not lte cdma. Anybody else getting dropped calls?
Yes, I live near 27th and Loomis and it's bad... It's only because we are on the boarder of old and new tech. It should be taken care of by 12/23

Well which tower is it? The one on Morgan or the one on Loomis. I'm on 9th and Morgan so I'm curious why I wouldn't get if it's coming from 22nd and Morgan. How can you tell which one?
Yes, I Confirmed when I got into work today that Loomis and 94 is the tower that has 800 turned on.

1x800 is broadcasting from 4267 W Loomis Rd, The tower is making it to St. Lukes.

Franklin Tower was broadcasting 1X800 all the way to my store in Oak Creek. I'm looking forward to having one great network.

Yeah I tested the 800 band in West Bend the other day and you can use your phone in Walmart :-P, when you could only get roaming in there before.

Madison Area will be completed for NV in October.
Oak Creek and Franklin will be complete in Nov
West Bend and other areas near by there are September.
-
how is it with 24/7 800 band
-
Do you know why they closed? I had developed a pretty good rapport with the workers there...
The real question is have you ever tried to park in that parking lot? For right now you will have to stop by the store on Miller Park Way.

Just a little tid bit, the Sprint Stores have a way to show you what sites have been completed for NV.

This has been the story of my life since I started working downtown back in late May. Service gets particularly bad in the office. It's otherwise OK at best on the lower east side but gets horrible again around North Ave. I'm not surprised that there's not a single Sprint store around here. The one on Brady St. closed recently too. Tough to sell phones/service in an area where the network isn't doing so hot.
It's still horrible downtown. I've been working downtown since late May and I don't know how long it's been bad before that. I can't rely on data for anything. Sometimes it's so bad I can't even "like" something on FB or grab an email. I really hope things start getting better. I've seen more flipping between the circle icon and 3G on my iPhone in the last couple weeks which I hope is a sign that work is going on.
Sad to say it, but I'd be satisfied with even just 30-40 KB/s download speeds if it could just be consistent and reliable. Even then, that's anywhere from 3-6 times slower than what I'd get on ATT's 3G/Faux G network.
The Sprint store on Brady didn't close because of bad service.
