During the pre-launch phase, customers with capable 4G LTE devices may begin to see 4G LTE coverage in these areas and are welcome to use the network even before it officially launches. This is the best thing I've heard officially from Sprint!

i tried to post from my S3 but when i hit comment the button wouldnt work. tower crews worked into dawn working on LTE site # 2 located off research and duval road. briefly spoke to the operations supervisor and he confirmed sprint is taking over the tower as part of the network vision program.
Looks like I'll have LTE while I get my Tex-mex at Chuy's soon!

I just found this, its very technical but it shows the values that are taken into account when switching from LTE to EVDO and back. I hope this helps someone find where its located. Looks like were searching for: ThreshServingLow

EDITORIAL: C'mon people, you really do want access to the LTE network early, right?

Most of the coverage complaints come from users with less than 20 posts, some much less than 20. I think we are seeing a flood of new users who are not yet familiar with what NV is. I think this will probably continue through the NV roll out as sprint turns on new markets. At this point I think should leave new towers unblocked and not "Launch" markets. Some people will never understand why they don't have 100% coverage on launch day.

Interested to see where the completed towers in the Austin metro area are, I still haven't seen any movement at the towers in north Austin.

I don't even see Austin mentioned. I hope they keep our LTE a secret for a while longer.
