  1. It's been pretty quiet this past week, not really seeing any new activity in the upstate area. I was by the tower between Duncan and Greer again during the weekend and I still can't connect to any LTE until I hit Greer. I think the tower listed near Pine Street isn't actually active because I still don't get any coverage from it. Greer itself has been getting better though. I'm still just waiting for those 13 towers in the Spartanburg area near me to turn on. Heck I'd settle for just the one closest to my work for now haha.

  2. I had 4g for a few seconds on J Verne Smith Parkway(by the airport

) on my way to work yesterday. It only scored 15 points on Sensorly, but it is progress. I also got 10 points worth over near Dillard Road in Greer

. Unless I was getting both from the same tower, which is possible... Seems very spotty at the moment.

Yeah in Greer I had it for just a second then it was gone. Also the tower where I've been connecting to every morning off 29 from Lyman towards Spartanburg is seeming to have an issue as I don't connect to it even after I pass it now, I use to get good range with it going for a couple miles, now it's maybe a mile or so, I assume they're just working on it some more. I'm just anxiously waiting for the tower a mile from where I work to turn on because the 3G over here is dreadful.

  3. Hey does anyone know if the tower off exit 41 on I-26 near Enoree will be able to reach the exit before it in Cross Anchor? My buddy lives over there and the coverage is absolutely abysmal and the call quality is non-existent. I was over there the other day and tested the tower and it's working good but it hasn't reached to his house yet. Just curious if it will be able to in the future.

  4. The Greer area is starting to light up as well!

Do you know if anyone has been able to connect to the tower on 29 between Greer and Duncan? I was over there the other day and I couldn't get any LTE then all of sudden I got it for a split second then it was gone. I know this was one of the first towers to turn on here in the upstate but I haven't had much luck with it. I've been connecting to the one on 29 near Wellford every morning.

  5. I had zero data at all at work for a week. Same exact problem. However all of a sudden today I am getting 190ms pings and 1.57 down/.98 up. I'm in Summerville SC. So I'm hopong they were hooking up the fiber! Hoping the same for you bud!

LTE is starting to light up here in the upstate in a bunch of places in the past week, I really hope this momentum continues throughout the month so we can officially be listed as having LTE

  6. My family and I are getting incredibly upset with Sprint, we're getting horrible service with full bars, I've had 8 dropped calls this week and I'm hardly on the phone at all, my brother has had about 20, he's on the phone a lot, my sister in law has had 4 and my buddy has had 13. Data speeds are getting slower here in Spartanburg as I'm back to getting .02mbps at work and I did a speedtest with full bars and got .37mbps. We've called Sprint a bunch in the past week and all we keep hearing is the same thing we've heard before. Now hearing that they're moving the completion date to of NV to mid 2014 isn't helping either. We've been debating switching to T-Mobile as they're network out here has gotten pretty impressive, I want to stay with Sprint as they're going to get much better here but I can't deny I'm getting incredibly impatient as every other carrier has LTE out here except Sprint. My buddy, who is the head of the account has stated we'll be switching if they don't get their LTE out here by the time the next iPhone is announced, which appears to be September 10. I'm hoping Sprint ups its rollout speed out here in the next few weeks

  7. I haven't seen really anything new in the upstate or any of SC for that matter other than Myrtle Beach. I was hoping the LTE rollout of the upstate would take off really fast after we had the three towers turn on a few weeks back but no such luck. I did just read that Sprint has moved it's completion date of NV from the end of 2013 to mid 2014 now though, not really thrilled to hear that news.
