So we can confirm that the tower in the middle marked "2" is an LTE tower.. after rush hour, correct?

I pass by a sprint tower when I bike home from school around the Kent area. There is a boom lift that has been parked in the area of the tower for a while. I wonder if they are geting ready for LTE.

I did a qucik LTE discovery run around the areas on sensorly. I only found a 4G signal where it showed it strong on the maps, I couldn't authenticate the other spots around that area.
