Just got a friend in Big Rapids stating that hes picking up LTE.
Saw this on Sensorly trying to track down local areas which show up. Congrats to the people up there.

Can someone drive through Grand Haven with Sensorly
No LTE active in Grand Haven. I need to walk up to the tower behind Meijer which is the one that services most of the busy area of GH. I live right next to the tower but I'm a little far to see if there's any new stuff up there and I don't have any binoculars or other optics. I should be able to walk right up to the base of the tower though.
I'll bite the bullet and put Sensorly on my phone though anyway.

I hate to be a grinch but having ehrpd doesnt mean nv has started and lte is coming really quick.
Here is how Robert explained ehrpd
Good stuff. But in all honesty as long as eHRPD = LTE eventually (regardless of time) I'm content as the towers around here were still EVDO only as of last week. This area was not explicitly listed as part of the "West Michigan" area even though if you say west Michigan this is where people think of.

Don't happen to see the link to edit my previous post but Spring Lake and Ferrysburg area has eHRPD live ad well. I'm headed up to Muskegon tomorrow and will report on findings there. Looks like hope for the west coast!

Just saw eHRPD live on the south side of Grand Haven today. Too bad a speed test still comes back with 0.03 mbits down heh

Where Verizon has LTE coverage will have zero effect on when Sprint will upgrade an area to LTE.
Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2
Naturally. My point was this is a populated enough area to probably warrant an upgrade. Just wondering if anyone has seen something I haven't. Sprint 3g is so slow in Muskegon its literally unusable anyway (15-20 kbits down all day) so there's likely a long way to go

Anyone spotted anything in the west of "West Michigan"? I was really hoping Grand Haven/Muskegon would get some Sprint love since Verizon has had LTE here for nearly a year. I haven't seen a thing in my travels.

FYI to anyone in Coopersville area it looks like the exit to 96 for coopersville has LTE in that area and could be investigated!
