thank you for the quick response. I'll try that and let you know how it turns out.

I'm new here. I'm a noobie compared to you folks. I have a PRL question. But I apologize, because my query has nothing to do with the present discussion. Don't hesitate to send me elsewhere. I will leave quietly.
Here goes: I rooted my Sprint S3 and flashed Cyanogenmod about 11 months ago. Now, I have Android 4.2.2. I've been using CyanogenMod 10.1.3-RC2 for about 6 weeks. At some point after I started using 10.1.3-RC2, I took a screen shot of the S3"s status, showing that my PRL was Version 25013.
Today, I have PRL Version 1.
Should I be concerned? If so, what should I do?
Also, perhaps someone could say how this could have happened; I didn't do it (as far as I know).

This could be a movie trailer! Lol
hehe. "soon, phrnkln discovers the unspeakable truth in a motion picture you won't want to miss: 'Sprint LTE, The Comings and Goings.' In Brooklyn theaters this summer." (This film has not yet been rated).

On Tuesday 2/26, I began getting a very good LTE signal on 7th Ave. in Park Slope 11215. It diminished, but was still good, on side streets. Inside my apartment, it was just barely there.

I dialed that code last night and it went through some reboots. Then this morning I lost connection again, I noticed that mobile networks setting was set to LTE/CDMA, I changed it to CDMA only and it rebooted again. I've been checking periodically and I haven't noticed any data loss, it hasn't gone into 1X mode either. We'll see what happens throughout the day.
I, too, was having trouble with the network here in NY City. I made the change that you describe, and there are now far fewer problems.

Last night, I turned my phone off. Turned it on this a.m. PRL was 25013 again.
Rebooted. PRL still 25013.
Powered off. Removed battery & waited 10 minutes. Reboot. PRL went back to version 1.
Rebooted. PRL went back to 25013.
I regret to say it, but I have no insight to share.
