Got my first ever Sprint LTE signal around noon at the gas station at the 77/Westinghouse interchange. 97ms ping, 5.6 2down, 2.64 up. Then it disappeared and I haven't seen it since (I work very close to that gas station).

Pretty dead in here. I still haven't seen a lick of 4G anywhere and I've been in several of the zones from sensorly. Is anyone actually still getting a 4G signal anywhere?

I couldnt pick up LTE early this morning in that area either. I picked it up on S. Tryon / Westinghouse Blvd towards Steele Creek and dropped it 300 yds from my office !! I agree 3G today is really bad, Pandora is a no go and I can barely get a speedtest to complete.

i just mapped a TON of new LTE sites on Sensorly around my office tonight !! I drove around for over 20 minutes and never could find the end of coverage, they had to of lit up 5-6 towers today. Its all over the I-77/ I-485 area, Westinghouse Blvd, S.Tryon ... My office is completely surrounded with LTE now !! woohoo !!!

Well crap....I'm on Westinghouse right off I-77 and I'm getting nothing. Same claim of 3G with practically zero throughput.

It seems Sprint's deployment strategy was to follow me around to determine all the places in Charlotte I never go, and then upgrade the towers in those places first.

The 3G here is so bi-polar with speed.

The 3G here (Westinghouse & 77) is consistently and utterly rubbish. All around Steele Creek and even near Carolina Place Mall, I get what appears to be a strong 3G signal (iPhone 5) but little or no data transfer. Hopefully the planned 485/77 tower upgrade will fix that, at least at Westinghouse & 77.
