I just spent 2 weeks in P.R. with the fam. Sprint data was horrible for the most part. Gets a little worse every year we go back. Hopefully they'll get their house in order soon. Right now, the speeds are dismal. Visited San Juan, Cayey, Caguas, Humacao, Dorado,Fajardo, Luquillo, Carolina. All bad. Airport was descent.

Just spent 10 days in PR. Drove around the entire Island. Only in the SJ metro and major roads is Sprint halfway descent. Overall, it was a poor experience. Many dead and roaming areas in Humacao, Isabela and Rincon. Long way to go.

Just coming back from a few days at Hilton Head Island. Band 25 only. Pretty good signal and speeds throughout Seapines and its beaches and on main roads. Gets a lot spottier towards the north end of the island. Horrible while at Hilton Head Beach & tennis resort. Did some sensorly mapping while on seapines to update maps.

I'm also a 1500 ED legacy customer. Different question here. Have you guys safely upgraded through Best Buy lately? I've been out of contract and eligible for upgrade for a year. Saw the Note 5 at Best Buy for $50 today (crazy) and I'm very tempted. But I'm concerned that going through Best Buy will alter my 1500 ED in any way or add unwanted fees. This plan is a gem when you see what's going on out there now a days. The only way I give up this plan is if you pry it out of my dead cold hands

Just came back from a weekend in PR. Sprint service actually very good in my parents "urbanizacion". Granted, they live very close to SJU airport and that area seems to be ok. Also very usable in Mall of San Juan. My biggest surprise was in Palmas del Mar in Humacao. Pre Maria service there was awful. Now it's very fast and full bars in the areas I hung out. Using LG G6. FWIW- my parents AT&T service in their home is horrible post Maria. Who knows... I did find many poor data speeds areas while driving around.
