I'm going to have to verify this weekend, I'm in that area all the time, GF lives in Sunnyside.

I work around the area and happy that the LTE signal is back up and running. Stable speeds with some nice pings.

There was rain on Friday maybe the work wasn't completed !

Is this a guess on your part ? Or did the same Sprint rep that told you LTE would be up by the Whitestone Expwy by Jan 11 tell you this?

If its not on the NV Map then taking a Sprint representative's word or even guessing on your own part is not helping this thread.

I am looking forward to LTE in Queens but I will not get my hopes up when someone on this thread makes a guess or quotes a Sprint representative.

The 11th came and went. No LTE and no speed increase.

A reason why I always doubt the Sprint reps.

I looked at the NV sites map for NYC and do not see that tower being referenced as undergoing NV upgrades. There is another tower going north bound which just had NV completed.

I also passed by the location you described and there are towers next door to the DMV. If a Sprint rep told you this I have big doubts IMO.

Sprint Nextel reported their quarterly results and mentioned that the LTE rollout is behind 1 quarter nationwide(3 months).

Makes sense to see a full roll-out in NYC to be by March. Although they could light up some test sites before that launch. Which is what some of you guys have been reporting.
