New purple on Sensorly south of Tower Grove Park. Anyone in the area?

Yeah my buddy just called me, said he saw 4g on his G-Nexus for the 1st time. Didn't have much time to ask about speeds or anything but definitely said he had it. He's right around S. Kinghighway and Lansdowne.

Not sure if this means anything about LTE but I work for a sprint dealer and our demo as well as other galaxy note 2s went into data roaming for about 15 min today. Festus, MO around mid day.

Also I did a speed test about 5pm and it was really good for that time of day... Just under 2mb...usually hard to get 1+ on Friday rush hour time.

How do they usually deploy in a city? Especially if it already has Wimax?

Basically do they start from maybe city limits and go out ward or is it random? I work in Festus,MO(20-25 miles from St. Louis County) and was hoping it comes down here. Would it be way after city/county of St. Louis or maybe around the same timing?

They could have : Grey = No coverage/roaming.

 

I do find Sprint's coverage maps to be the most accurate among the cell companies in my area.

I do wish they'd make the maps easier to read, the different shades of green are on purpose to hide roaming with native coverage. They should make this clearer, as in greens for sprint and anything else to anything else.

Don't know what else you want... seems easy to read and definitely the best of the coverage maps from the carriers. Guess people are just very nit picky.

Hello, new here posting. Been checking out news and some posts in the past few months. Any word on St. Louis? Pretty big metro area overall...wondering when it could happen...South i55 15-30 minutes from St. Louis is where people really want/need LTE!
