been doing it all day here, the icon pops up, signal check pro whistles, then goes blank, next thing you know its whistling again, lol

Changes i notice (PRL 55021) are LTE come in, then out, then in, then out on a fresh boot. Takes a good 3 minutes for it to "settle' into a stable connection. Not positive this is PRL related though, could be network issue (Houston area).

Want to say Thanks for making such a informative thread here with the PRL's. I do have one question though, where do I find the latest and greatest PRL's for DL, looking for 54019 or guessing its now 54020.
