I wonder why they are working on 3rd round before starting around half or more of 2nd round. MN was supposed to have first sites apparently in October but I haven't seen or heard anything at all yet. These terrible 3G speeds are wearing so thin on me right now...

Yeah, that part doesn't make much sense to me, either. If a market in the 3rd round starts before a market in the 2nd round, then was the 2nd round market ever really in the 2nd round? What's the point in even creating rounds if they aren't going to be followed? Must have something to do with available crews or something.

As far as I can tell, our region is behind schedule. Could be wrong, though.

You aren't kidding. My 3G is almost unusable for Rdio, and I haven't even bothered opening Netflix on 3G in a year. Even Google Voice fails to work sometimes. I'm definitely ready to see some improvements, or for people to switch carriers. I blame the iPhone.
