Can anyone explain this one to me. I have the roaming guards unchecked, yet every time I get in a roaming area, i get the pop up warning me. Even if I check the "don't show me this again" box, it still pops up every time? Is this something new Sprint is forcing on the phones to combat Data roaming? Or do I not have something set right?

Mine does the same thing. I just give up and continue to click, don't show me again.

Dose it turn on when you get a text? If I remember my G2 would do that, not sure on a G3 though. Still haven't gotten me one yet...

No, i turned that off. It just randomly turns on. Charging, not charging. At the movies it was in the cup holder and turned on atleast twice without being touched.

Sorry just saw this post...  No LTE Disocvery shouldn't cause your screen to turn on for any reason.  When out of the application or the screen is off all the foreground task turn off without the exception of those ran in the background anyways.

Thanks for the response. My screen randomly turns on still. Not sure what it is, but I've just learned to deal with it.

No, uninstalled Sensorly a while back. Any chance LTE Discovery app could cause it to turn on?

Has anyone experienced their phone's screen turning on by itself? I was at the movies, and the phone was in the cup holder, and it would just turn on. It happened 2-3 times.

Go to your phone dialer and enter ##DEBUG# (or ##33284#), then click on LTE Engineering.

I've been running ART since release day. No freezes. This device has some nifty tools for my visual impairment. I've been camped on B26 since release day as well.

How do you see what band you're using?

Has anyone had any luck getting an extra battery? The ones I see on Amazon look like they won't release until the end of next month.

I picked my G3 up today. I'm trying to transfer stuff from my S4 to my computer to my G3. It won't recognize my SDCard from my computer. And I can't copy and paste files from my computer to my G3. Is there a setting I may need to change to be able to do this? Thanks for your help.

If I start a call on wifi, then leave the wifi area, will my call get disconnected? I have an AiRave and I know when I leave that area, my call ends.

Where does it say the 25th?

Man when is this stinkin phone going to be released?  I want to test the phone already.

Verizon's G3 is supposed to release on July 17th. I think preorders for them go July 10th.

The last rumor I've seen for Sprint is for it to release July 27th.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's press conference. Even with all leaked specs and info, I'm hoping LG has some surprises up their sleeves. This may be my next phone. I'm also waiting to see what's in store for the Galaxy S5 Prime.
