  1. It just completely resets your connection. It seems some M8s, once they disconnect from LTE are having trouble finding it again and the only way to reconnect is to refresh the profile. If you continue to see the issue, I would have a Sprint care center check it out. Several other users have reported similar issues, especially those who ordered early online. They've simply had to swap out the device for a new one and the problem goes away. Seems to be a defect with a certain batch that shipped with early online orders.

  2. Band 41 completed testing long ago........ They're not turning it on and off for the heck of it. Its been live since July of last summer.

     

    If you're not able to connect to it now, it likely has something to do with the new 3G network, and nothing to do with the LTE network.

    what do you mean by that? I was getting LTE here in greeley till about a week ago and now just 3G...
