did anyone get a prompt to update the "Sprint Connections Optimizer" yesterday? I couldn't download cause I didn't have connection. 

What's everyone Hardware Version on the phone? My says 0005 and I've already update my phone to the latest software version this morning. I STILL cant make phone calls and I'm not getting phone calls. I KNOW that I'm in area of good service because my EVO 4G LTE wasn't like this AT ALL. I'm still getting those LTE EDM unable to connect notifications. 

This is absolutely ridiculous. 

This lack of 4G, let alone connectivity with 3G, is killing me. I was spoiled and it was ripped away from so quickly.

Hey everyone, new poster, but I've been lurking for a while.

I'm having connectivity issues with my new M8. When I first bought it, I had no trouble connecting to 4G LTE & I was so surprised about how fast LTE was & how I was getting it everywhere I went: traveling to work, traveling downtown, at school, at home, at work. But for the past few days, I've been roaming and I've been getting shoddy 3G. I even live in a Sprint Spark location: Jacksonville, Fl- does anyone have any clue with what's going on & what I can do to fix it?
