Problem in Fuquay was fixed...and still works. I have seen a very little improvement in data speeds in Fuquay, must have made a few upgrades there.

I have seen word tonight that the issue of 'not receiving calls' in Fuquay Varina may have been fixed......some have reported getting calls finally on their LTE devices. I have not verified yet, but will tomorrow.

I along with many others have been having issues receiving calls with the new EVO LTE in some of the Raleigh areas. Fuquay Varina and Clayton areas are two that I know. The phones have no issues calling out, but will not receive ANY calls. If the phone is switched to Verizon towers it does just fine. I have had many conversations with tech support and they have indicated that upgrades have been moved up to July because of the extreme need in Fuquay. It seems there is some issue with these new LTE equipped phones that do not receive calls off certain towers. Users have switched back to their OG EVO's with no issues. Hope these upgrades provide some answers for my phone or I am history unfortunately.

Oh also, the tech I spoke to said that they show plans in August and September to be doing LTE and other upgrades. Got my fingers crossed.

The problem seems to be with many EVO LTE's in the area. I found a forum on Sprint.com that has many users with issues receiving calls in the Fuquay Varina area around Raleigh, NC. The calls are not ringing the EVO LTE's but will go through to other phones. Calling out works fine, just no calls received. Sprint has opened tickets then closed them saying there is no issue but many still have the issue, even when swapping out phones.

I'm not sure if this is an issue with NV, but the EVO LTE that I have and others that I know are having issues on specific towers in Fuquay Varina which is in the Raleigh market. It works just down highway 401 toward Raleigh fine. No explanation from Sprint.

Yes yes yes!!!! I was just coming on to post how they need to get Raleigh up and running before I run to the competition for the speed. Ever since they have added the iPhone here in Raleigh the network has been slow to nill!! Most times I can't even stream music. They need to get this not only in spots, but thoroughly covering the area like Verizon and AT&T do.
