  1. My guess is that some app on your phone is not closing a connection while on 3G.  If all apps disconnect, then a link with 4G can be established. My experience is that they can go from 4G to 3G, no problems, but not the other direction.

I don't think that is the case.  In my experiences traveling 71 during the New vision build out, I would stream pandora for the drive up there and my S3 would cycle on and off 4G with out losing connection.  I have experienced the same thing running sensorly.   I would be on 4g and then go to  3g and then back to 4g all while mapping.

  2. I noticed a crew at the tower on Mt. Moriah Dr. off 125 yesterday.  It looked like they were adding additional antennas to the site.  This location has been broadcasting LTE for awhile now and had 3 antennas but now it has 6.  Any ideas why they added the additional antennas to this site.  The area is not all that dense population wise and most of the housing that this tower is able to broadcast to is at the distance limits from what I remember when this tower went live and did some mapping on sensorly.  I can think of a bunch of other locations that would benefit from additional antennas and this site is not one of them.

  3. On my travels today I spotted what I believe to be band 41 antennas mounted on the tower at US68 and I71.  I have not noticed them on that tower before, wish I was able to snap a picture of them but I was in a hurry to get home,  So I wonder what that means for the build out of the spark network and how far out they will be taking it?

  4. Was in Monroe earlier, all I got was 1x 800 for both talk and internet. So if they turned lte on that's awesome.

I didnt pick it up until I got north of 63 but I had it all the way up to Beavercreek. But they have had LTE up that way for a couple months now. And i was going through there about 11:30.
