LTE back up in Lagrange

I just drove from Schaumburg to LaGrange, and no LTE the entire way, even though I had full LTE bars.

Sorry for the horrible picture (iphone fully zoomed in) but this is a tower that isn't marked as getting NV, but it has the horizontal boxes on each of the antennas. Does this look like a NV tower? This is a chicagoland tower, so Samsung equipment.

 

I saw that with the latest updated this tower went from not even scheduled for NV to 4g!

I've noticed that LTE went live on 294 near the 55 exit ramp. It's also live along Joliet Rd to LaGrange Rd.

I was able to get an LTE connection this morning on 290 between 355 and 294. I was able to hold the connection the entire stretch. Here are my speeds:

The past few days I have noticed that my phone will only ring once before going into VM, when I test call the phone, it rings at least 5 times before my phone actually starts to ring. I called Sprint, and they are blaming it on the NV upgrade, does this sound reasonable? I am currently experiencing the problem in 60525.
