    There's a site at the Winter Springs city hall that is showing Band 41 on the cellmapper site. It says "first spotted" on June 3. I haven't personally hit it, but I'm hopeful that the area, which has been barren, is getting some love.

    The tower over on Tuskawilla just north of Dike had 2.5 upgrades a few weeks back.

    Would love to see the tower that serves my house (just off of Dodd and Dike) get 2.5, but it won’t be until Q4 for that.

    Maybe staff should rethink their methods?

     

    I mean come on AJ, look at this subforum alone, you have a product that was preordered at almost 4x the rate than last year, yet, there's absolutely no excitement in the Apple forum, only 4 threads created and a total 9 threads replied to in the month of September. If you're not trying to generate traffic, ok, then business as usual cause it's working.

    They won't be different than any other 2xCA capable devices that we have a number of examples of (including the 6s and 6s+).

     

    Once 3xCA is officially online, then we'll see a difference. 

     

    Seeing as there are 45 towers up and running with 3xCA in Orlando, figure some folks are hitting them.

    It is take Wifi calling, Sprint 1*800 and Verizon roaming and you get a stellar voice experience through out most of the park. The only time is in that Harry Potter cave. The only thing I hate but I completly understand is you can't take your phone with you on a roller coaster ride. Which makes waiting in line very painful.

    yeah when the hell did this rule start? That's a rule even over at Hulk. I had Fast Passes today, but still, I hated that, especially on this, the first day of college football.

    It's not consistent enough there. Once you get off of band 41 the network becomes useless but I stay on wifi there anyway which is usually 5-10 mbps.

    yeah the Wifi system there is pretty well built out, I was able to get it everywhere.

    I was there two months ago and they improved alot. It went from less than 1mbps on all bands to 8-15 on band 41 I even hit over 40mbps a few times.

    They come along way but just wasn't there for me today. Looking forward to the DAS buildout to be completed.

    Yeeeeahhh. I drive that way every time I go to work. that site gives me around 40 down usually.

     

    I'm testing out a s6, so depending on the data cap they give me I'll be running speed tests all over.

    I just want to thank the engineering gods for FINALLY doing something about the tower on top of the EA Sports building here in Maitland. I live next door and it is fantastic to be able to keep phone calls going in the thick concrete hallways now. 3G/Voice 1900 and voice on 800 upgraded so far, two of those this past week. Get 4G and I'll stop camping on a B41 site further away.
