Oh no, thats one of my old phones. I havent updated my profile. Ive had the galaxy s5 for a whileIf the device that you are using is in fact the LG Optimus G3, I'm pretty sure that that's a Band 25 only device. That means you're not getting the super fast speeds of Band 41 or the indoor signal penetration of 800MHz LTE. You're not getting a good experience of the network because of your device.

Band 25, 26, and 41 in Kerman and even though I live in town, it's rare to get any LTE signal. And when you do get band 26 it only lasts a few seconds and then drops back to 3G if you go indoors. Pretty disappointed, looks like I'll be stuck in a dead zone.

Small town of San Joaquin (45 minutes southwest of Fresno) just launched LTE; band 25.

Finally getting some weak band 25 LTE signal out here in Kerman.

If you're outside of town you'll most likely see it come on more often. In town (at least where I live) everything has been the same for the past few months. Last time I heard from Sprint, Kerman is supposed to receive band 41. But that was a couple of months ago...It would come and go, last few days it's been on at all times. I was just hoping that it meant LTE would be coming lol

Kerman has had 800 voice since around August/September of last year but only kicks in when you make a call.Kerman has had 800 constantly for the past 2 days, any idea if this means anything.....

How long has Mendota had Band 41 active?!

I think its simply an error on the app. I know it used to say 4G under wimax but after an update they simply changed all "4G" options to "LTE". I think there was even an option for 2G only (instead of 2G-3G) as well but I may be mistaking. Its been a while since they changed it.Question anyone know why Sensory is showing Sprint Wimax as LTE would that be because they are converting them into Spark speeds or a mess up in the app? Here is what it shows

When?!Lte also spotted and mapped outside of Kerman

They are working on Kerman's tower right now.

That's a microwave/PTP wireless link for backhaul. Clearwire used to love using those on their Wimax deployments.

The problem with the unstable signal and 3G (data) disconnecting started happening like a few days back. So I called and they said that the tower should be up and running perfectly again on the 17th. So I called reporting the same problem still on the 18th and today, and they said that the upgrades had been complete on the 14th and fully optimized by the 17th. So for two days they kept doing the basic troubleshooting without success and sending reports to the engineers. Until today when they finally made some sort of report (I cant remember for who it was) and they said that it would take about 7 days to get a response and up to a few weeks to get the problem fixed. The weird thing is that I have sort of a stable signal during the day but once it gets to around 8pm that's when things start getting unstable. And how do you know it has been optimized?

So far in Kerman, the single tower has been fully upgraded and optimized since the 17th of july. After the upgrade my signal has been worse than what it used to be and it has become very unstable. And my data connection keep disconnecting every few minutes. Does anyone know what might be the cause? This starts happening more frequently around 8 pm and last until 11 am every day. It took several calls but they finally came to the conclusion that it was something with the tower and not my phone. Also, I'm only experiencing this in my neighborhood while the rest of the town seems to be back to normal.

I just got off the phone with a rep and they told me that the upgrade in Kerman's only tower would be fully completed by the 14th around 11 in the morning. And that LTE would be "fully operational" by the next month. By "fully operational" does that mean that they will begin testing it the next month or will the testing be completed the next month? What do you guys think?

Hi there, its the first time I comment on this thing. I live in Kerman and ever since they started the 800mhz upgrade, my area has almost turned into a dead zone. Luckily today I found out that the optimization process is at 93%. Ever since the optimization process started, my data connection has dropped and become useless. Even though the 3G sign appears, signal check says there is no data connection. Can't wait until it's completed!
