There is a tower on Lemoyne Rd. near I-280 that has officially been launched with 4G LTE. Also add Fostoria, Tiffin, and some place named Latty, OH to the list of places with LTE, officially.

I just heard of 4g live near Whitehouse, OH today. Not sure which tower
LTE 1900mhz, officially completed at 6779 Gilead Street in Whitehouse.
Another tower in Cecil, OH (near Indiana) has also been completed in the "Toledo Market"

I noticed this past week that I have been getting 4g in Findlay now. Hope this is a sign of things to come for the Toledo area.
Findlay has the first site in the "Toledo Market" to have LTE. It's officially up and running.

The site is at Sylvania & King. The output is mostly pointed west so, if you were heading east, the strength on that side of the site is weaker than if you were headed west, toward Centennial, where the signal also extends further. I'm sure this is because the neighboring sites to the east are much closer than sites to the west. This could be the reason it seemed to favor weaker lte signals over stronger cdma.
