Are you on framily? Under framily terms, they can restrict your download speeds when watching videos to 1 mbps. I personally watched several youtube videos and move trailers yesterday on LTE at a friends house, and it was HD quality.

I'm on SERO and was on LTE in Queens at the time. Here's the Speedtest when I was trying to watch the videos. The HD trailers in IMDB app seem to be fine though with LTE.

Anyone experiencing better video quality with wifi in NBA and MLB At Bat apps? When I have good Sprint coverage with 20 mbps speedtests and I try to watch highlights, the video quality is low/blocky. Even though my speeds are 9 mbps at home with wifi, the video is much much smoother, prolly 5x better. Why such discrepancy? Are these apps just pushing low quality videos with data coverage..

Yeah, Sprint says I'm in a lte area but I don't get it at all. So I can't really test if it's that or not. I may go by a repair Sprint store and see if they will give me another phone,

I don't think it's the phone. Mine has been doing this too and any bit of bad weather craps it out even more. I'm going to call them and see what they say.

My phone randomly will give me no bars with the red X and takes up to a minute sometimes to fall to 3G. Yes I like connecting to B41 but this is for the birds losing my signal altogether.

This is happening to me too. I thought it was ZVA but I switched back to ZV8 and still lose service with red X. I'm in Queens, NYC. I can't say for sure but I believe it coincided with their PRL update. About couple of weeks ago, for a day, I kept getting the LTE:67 error and since then the signal quality has been bad. I've tried different PRLs but the problem is there.

Also, sometimes the phone shows 4 bars but when I call someone, it changes to one bar or less and takes a while to place the call. I've tried PRL and Profile updates with no luck.

Does this mean LTE roaming? I'm on ZV8

There's band 41 by 108 St and LIE in Queens. I don't know long it's been active. I just noticed it couple of weeks ago with my G2.

Any idea if it's free with number porting (new customers only) or free without number porting (upgrades as well)?  The fine print is not legible in that picture.  If it's free for upgrades, I'll be happy.

The S4 Mini is free right now for new accounts on sprint.com so that has to be the upgrade price
