has anyone in Ogden called on that 4th street tower???

I think I am normally connected to that tower. I'll double check when I get home tonight. 

Maybe, just maybe that tower knows about your rep and its not taking any chances by letting you connect to it? Its scared for its life! 

I have just received an Airave from Sprint. If you are getting bad reception (For what ever reason) Sprint has a dedicated number to get a hold of the airave team (Seriously, dont call the customer care, no one ever told them the airave exists) 

On a side note, I had a dream that Sprint bought T-Mobile and I had LTE in Ogden.. It was wonderful, then I woke up. 

It figures that Century link would be part of this. That is one inept and behind the times company. They only offer 1.5 meg DSL in my neighborhood. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk

Oh lord you mean Sprint is going to send me a notice in the mail saying they are raising my rates but gives no reason to why? Century link did that to me 3 weeks ago. Not only that, lived in a place and got a solid 40mbps down. Nice speeds... moved 1 and 1/2 blocks away... 10 HOUSES AWAY!!!! and the most they could offer me was 5mbps 

So if I understand this right, if CenturyLink is behind the towers of Sprint in Ogden.. then the only way we will ever see LTE is if we (While looking at the tower we wish to connect to) stand on one foot. Balance a glass of chocolate milk on our heads and sing the Bikini Bottom National Anthem.

Lord! What have I done to forsaken me with 3G in Ogden? I promise I will be a better person!

But really. Does Sprint just hate Ogden? 

Theres not a sprint tower there.  Until improvements happen with 800 frequency I would try to get an airave.

Yeah I figured as much. The tower im connected to at home is the one on the Ogden City municipal building. I dont think Sprint has touched that tower with any kind of upgrades in a while. Probably waiting on permits to work on the top of the building where the tower is.  

Hmm... tell them I want one, not a bad idea  As a plus though since all the leafs fell off the trees im not dropping as many calls. 

So I just drove by Logan and had 16.33 mbps down... it was beautiful. 

Though I do wanted to ask, I live on Park blvd and Washington in Ogden and my signal seems a little less then optimal (non existent) Now im fairly certain that the reason is on the south of me is a 150-200 foot hill that holds the Ogden cemetery, and a few hundred 5-6 story tall tress that are messing with my signal (lead based paint may also be a factor in the house) But anyways, Sprint has been so helpful (     ) in offering me no reason other then their maps show I have service... and also that I drop less calls then my wife... as if thats a plus??? So how should I go about improving signal quality? If I call them 100+ times will they get annoyed and just give me one of those airaves? :azn:

Seeing is believing. I want to get a taste of the information out there before I set aside $100 to donate.

How long does it take to get the title? I donated 5 bucks (for now ) about a half hour ago. Sorry if these questions are trivial. Im just sitting at work and would like a map to look at

So im unable to find the specific answer to my question...

Question is, how much do you need to donate to become a sponsor? There is a few maps id like to check out that is only available to people who have donated, I dont have much to give atm though.
