What's this mean?

Maybe I shouldn't put this here, not sure. But those workers said that Verizon is upgrading 800 towers in Ohio. Wonder what they are doing to their service?

False alarm. Just spoke to the workers. They are Verizon upgrades.

Ok. I'm in Madison 1.3 miles within the tower. Why is it that I can get 3g inside but not lte if they are both on 1900 mhz? Also Germantown had lte I'm 4.9 miles from that tower also. If this is the end result which in my opinion is very poor I'll be moving on. The lte is very spotty. The 3 g improvements have been completed and during peak hours it's only 700 kbs down 200 up. Then off peak around 1.4 down and 500 up so the claims of 2 to 3 down have not been achieved. I have HTC one.

I would think there is because if I drive south toward the tower, I live to the north of the tower, I get the signal after getting about 500 feet closer putting me approximately within 800 feet of the tower. At that point I get 15 down 5 up far as speed. Can someone post a picture showing me exactly what transmits the Ltd signal. Then I could look at the tower and see if any antennas are pointed to the north. Thanks for the response.

I can confirm the tower on stiver road Germantown Ohio has lte. I also have a question for some of you more tech related guys when it comes to tower signal projection. I can connect to the tower in Madison township from the east south or west up to 4 miles away. Why would the same not apply to the north of the tower. I live 1.3 miles to the north and I can't get the signal in my yard. It really doesn't make sense. Thanks to anyone who may answer with some knowledge.

Getting lte Middletown Ohio nelson rd. From the tower in Madison. Also the tower on main street in Middletown is broadcasting 800 for voice.

Yeah I thought it did. But I don't have a lot of knowledge about towers. Why does the signal not project very far? I live on the same street and I can't get a signal in my yard.

Are you absolutely sure it's coming from that tower? How do you know? There is a tower in Trenton that has 4g, and you may be getting onto 4g from that at times.

I know the tower in Trenton had lte. But signal check pro has me getting 800 voice from the tower on hetzler road. Plus when I drive up by the tower in hetzler I get around 20-30 down. Maybe it's just coincidence. But I've been connected while in Trenton and when I drive giraffes Howell road I lose lte and that's probably only about a mile down the road.I wouldn't think that I could get 30 down from Trenton over in Madison. Sprint also had anyone tower on Wayne Madison road.how could I confirms for sure that it's the tower on hetzler? Thanks

We have lte in Madison township. It's from the tower on Hetzler rd. I reside on Hetzler 1.3 miles from the tower but cannot get service art home. What gives? The 3g is much worse also. My HTC one has trouble connecting also. Also has 800 voice
