Anyone notice that when the phone is plugged in and charging and the screen is off the back LED light flashes?? Can that be turned off??

I just got updated to ZVE and went into ##DATA# and noticed that the BSRTimer was still at 3000.  I thought it was supposed to update that?

So this pass week I finally updated from JB and my phone was getting hung up on 3G. I let it sit one night to see if it would flip to LTE and 5 hours later it was still camping on 3G. I knew there was the fix for it but couldn't remember where it was but you guys just reassured me that it was the BSRTimer. Sure as hell it was sitting on 3000. We will test again tonight.

I was going to try and set my BSR Timer down to 3 instead of 3000, but can't seem to get my MSL number.  I tried ##443336772#

 with no luck.  Any other way to get the MSL code?

Anyone else having issues with Google Search hogging the battery? I have tried to stop the program but it is still killing the battery.

Does the stock messaging app allow you to do group messaging??

So i remember when i was messing with some other carrier G2 phones at best buy they had a scroll bar for brightness in the pulldown menu, All i currently have is a volume scroll bar, anyone know if it is possible to take that off and put in a brightness scroll bar?  Can't seem to find it anywhere in the settings menus.

So all this new talk about certain markets being able to connect to lte and others not. Is there a way to see if my area will work (new orleans). I get my g2 tomorrow.

Hmm. This guy was really nice and understood my complaint of having to wait who knows how long for it to ship and I kept repeating the release date was tomorrow and there was no information on mine at all.. He really was trying to be helpful.. I asked if I would be able to get my gift card since I pre-ordered online and he told me yes?? So I don't know.. He just said he wasn't able to do it because there wasn't any showing in store in Baton Rouge

Ok talked to 1888bestbuy just now and asked if there was a way to switch from delivery to in store pick up.. He said my store is not showing any in inventory but if they were he would be able to switch it for me.. I asked him to please put that in his notes and I would call my local sprint store to find out an est. Arrival and would be calling back.. He basically said a pre-order was basically guaranteeing you a phone in case it was a popular phone and sold out in store but not a certain arrival of said phone..

The gentleman i talked to told me the only way to switch it to in-store pick up would be to cancel it and reorder it (but you can't order online right now).  And then if you look at the promotion for the giftcard it says it isn't valid on in-store pickups.

Just got off the phone with BB CSR and they were not able to do anything for me in regards to being able to pick up in store and get the giftcard.  All he could do was bump the shipping to expedited shipping instead of normal shipping i had chosen.  This is BS, will probably never pre-order anything again from them. He said he assumes the orders will probably get shipped out on monday.

I just called the Best Buy at the Avenues and got transferred to the mobile store at the mall food court across the street. The guy I talked to said he had 4 black and 4 white in stock now and he set aside two black for me. I am cancelling my online preorder.

Are you going to be getting it at the $99 and $50 giftcard??

Okay. My local Best Buy has devices in now. I'm going to definitely be on the phone with BestBuy today and have them let me activate it here.

If you are successful getting this issue fixed get the name of the supervisor or person that you work with so the rest of us can attempt to talk to the same one.

My in-store pre-order receipt shows that I'll be getting the $50 gift card.

So you pre-ordered in store but are you going to be picking up your phone in-store or is it going to be shipped as if you pre-ordered it online??

Between my Evo dying after about 2 hours of use and my Otterbox ripping at every end, I am just holding on for that shipping notification email. It's so bad that I have a charger in my pocket, a USB cable in my car and a solar charger in my trunk wherever I go.

I am in a similar boat as you except I have the GS2 and my power button doesn't work. So i can't turn the phone off to conserve power and then once it does fall asleep i can't get it back up and running till i either pull and replace the battery or plug it into a charger.  It is on it's last leg and can't wait for the new phone to get here!!

So with all of the leaks of the Galaxy S5 coming out on the 28th for $350 (16GB version). Did i make the right decision preordering the LG G2??  Thoughts?

That is not true.  Sprint has said that they are planning to expand the 2500 MHz LTE nationwide to all Sprint towers but they will begin doing that in 2014 and will take some time.  The first priority is to overlay the entire Wimax network with 2500 MHz LTE first and then expand 2500 MHz LTE nationwide.  Eventually 2500 MHz LTE will be in New Orleans.  About 800 MHz LTE, New Orleans will get that sometime in 2014.

Ok, so New Orleans won't have the 2500 MHZ band but will the 800 MHZ band be deployed in new orleans? Any way to check that?
