Thanks for the info, I appreciate the response. How ever the Cleveland question remains unanswered. Does Cleveland not count in Rootnmetrics?

I know it will be available at some point as I'm hoping my nexus 6 gets the software to be compatible with CA, I was more wondering how the cities to the south get ca, in the first rollout but not Cleveland.

Because it wasn't included in the markets that were rolled out.
I don't see Cleveland. Am I missing something?

So can anyone explain why the Cleveland market is ignored for CA, yet Columbus and Cincinnati are up and running?

even with spark capable nexus 6?When it comes to 3G fallback in urban areas, your device is the biggest culprit than anything.

I'm also getting 3g a lot more then I was. Mostly inside. Started about a week ago.

Maybe they'll hurry and finish the NV for all the LBJ news coverage

im curious to find out what i going on in NEO- there was about a month that i was getting strong LTE @ work and home, but for the past 3 weeks or so- unless im outside its 3g only and when i get lte speeds are around 2-3 down and .7-1.25 up.
Is this a suituation where the focus is now on spark? if so i guess im out of luck as i dont have a tri band phone.

wow 41 new cities light up lte....BUT NOT CLEVELAND....again. and the lte i was getting at work lasted about a week and is no more. I must be on the boulevard of broken dreams.

I received the same text... the last time I got that message was on my month old nexus s and Cleveland soon afterwards lit up 4g wimax.
Pretty exciting.

dont know if its a sign of things to come (lte) but for a day or so- in 44109- we have been getting very spotty 3g data. signal is dropping on a regular basis...
Any thoughts?

this is one reason I'm anxious to get some lte in NEO.
-
thank you, I appreciate you taking the time for the explanation. where can I get sponsor info?
-
thanks for the response- I figured as much for ibez.
as far as the lte- i guess my expectations were set high begining from wimax and my nexus s with cleveland being an early market. fast forward i was hanging on to my ns4g months after upgrade past for the sepcific reason of the 4g wimax vs lte rollout. when i finally pulled the trigger and got a great deal on the galaxy s3 (free) i was comfortable "thinking" lte was around the corner in NEO....i heard 3rd quarter, then 4th quarter, now srping of'14....and most recently the 3g coverage has been spotty as best (.55 mbs down, .06 up) so its a challenge. Sprint has been good to me and I think the softbank deal is great...I would just hope the bugs get worked out sooner than later.
-
what is IBEZ that is referred to in this thread, and can anyone give a straight answer on lte.in NEO? there's talk of spark, tri band multiple vendors. we purchased SG3's at a pretty good deal but now it feels like we won't get lte until our next upgrade in June '15 ? ? ?
-
I agree, you guys are great, and I check here often and use sensorly several times daily. My expectations were set high a few years back with wimax 4g, so I guess I expected NEO to follow suit and turn up lte sooner than later.

Well when I ditched my Nexus s4g for Samsund galaxy s3 in June the sprint store and best buy said oh yeah by the end of summer, then by mid September, then October, now the end of the year...not sure how much longer I can take...etf for My x mas gift.
-
No Cleveland or northeast Ohio again...frustrating. fml
-
well into another month and still just a few small pockets of lte.... does anyone out there have any real idea, other then by the end of the year, northeast Ohio will get lte coverage ?? footnote- my 3g is getting real bad.... no win, won here...
Network Vision/LTE - Cleveland/NE Ohio Market
in Markets

My point being is my market with the exception of wimax almost 8 years ago is the last to rollout.
On a sidenote I think you're misunderstanding my tone, I'm not upset or uppity just curious. I've been following s4gru For a long time, and with Sprint even longer. This stuff is fascinating to me.
