I was in Piedmont Park yesterday and had a very good and strong LTE signal during the whole time I was out there. 20down.

The furthest in my observations that I have been able to confirm is about 12-14 miles on PCS. And about 18-20 miles on Cellular 850.

Thanks! Well I stay in highly urban areas so it makes sense...

Rookie question, how far does a signal go from a tower? 1-3 miles?
-

Wow, I was having lunch at the KFC on Roswell rd in Sandy Springs and did a speed test....31mbs down, 7 up. I just wish I had 4g in my house .

Hows your 3G signal?
Not to bad, like half a meg down. I think it has improved around my house tho because I was watching netflix on 3g last night in my bedroom and I could never dream of doing that on my epic

Yeah, as the days go by, im just hoping for improvement. I know/hope its coming.

Well the 15th is Saturday night going into Sunday so I'll be up looking for it, I have my S3 set to CDMA only right now. I plan on switching to LTE/CDMA Saturday day.

1st time poster..
Hey all, dumb question and sorry if its been answered before. I've searched but can find a definite answer. I think I saw once where someone stated "When LTE is up and running, if you currently receive a 3G signal in an area, you will receive LTE signal as well". ???
I live in Doraville and work in Sandy Springs btw.
Thanks

I just got back into town as well on Monday, and normally no LTE whatsoever on Buford HWY by where I live, now its on!! Although it turns off by the time I pull into my apartment complex...I'm hoping I'll have LTE in my house within a couple months!
