I think it is the iPhone

My EVO LTE getting at least 20Mbps at most LTE sites in San Diego.

I tested it again and I got 17. Fastest I've ever gotten in San Marcos was around 24 Mbps.
T-mobile is still faster.

LTE in san Marcos on south rancho de rd, just south of Bradley park. Can't map it on my iPhone.
