  1. I saw that on Sensorly, too. I was there just moments ago and there appears to be something going on.  At 32nd St and Cactus, I picked up LTE for about a minute, by the time I stopped the car and pulled up Sensorly, it reverted me back to 3G.  I drove about 2 mile radius around this point, resetting my data connection as I went, and I connected to 4G a couple times, but again, I was reverted back to 3G. They must be testing a site in the area but, blocking its use to the end user, or something like that.

my buddy lives there on 32nd and thunderbird he was getting a signal I told him to install sensorly so the map would update

  2.

So I have had an open ticket with Sprint Customer Care for the last few weeks due to signal quality issues at my work location downtown (Central & Washington in Phoenix).  Here is the information that I received from Sprint regarding the issues:

On July 18:  "We have marked that area for our engineers to look into this issue.  We are working on a tower in this area and this should be closed out shortly."

Today Sprint Customer Care says "I show at your billing address we will be adding 4G LTE within 3 to 6 months and the same timeframe applies for the downtown Phoenix location."

So if you convert 3 to 6 months in "Sprint time" to realtime, we should see 4G LTE in the Valley in 3-6 years.

I told them to leave the ticket open so that I can refer back to it in 3 months for all of my complaints for not having 4G lit up.
