  1. Hawaiian time for the permits.  None of the permits that is approved by the county is being worked on.  You can tell by no inspection date or start or completion time for the permits.  Only 3 permits approved by the county so far.  Permits are moving faster on the Maui, Kauai, and Big Island.  I is funny the permit approved for Maui county is for Molokai and not schedule to be complete for 30 years. (permit have the date 2043 year for completion) .  Now that is Hawaiian Time.

  2. What is up with the permits review for electrical?  Not reviewed this cycle?  Does that mean sprint needs to resubmit all permits under the new submitting program?  When I googled "Honolulu County Permit electrical "Not reviewed this cycle" it says that you need to submit under the new electrical program.  WHAT IS GOING ON!  That means all the permits are no good.  A lot of them have this under electrical review.  NOW HOW LONG IT GOING TO TAKE TO RESUBMIT THE PERMITS?  WITH THIS NEW PROGRAM.

  3. Look at the time it take for a permit to get approved and three to four months it take for the install to start, then It will be next winter to spring 2015 for Hawaii to get any work done.  HAWAIIAN TIME to the fullest for C&C workers and Sprint.  Great plan Sprint waiting until you to submit the permits so late. Your execs are not managing the issues correctly. They need to be more pro-active then re-active.

  4. By look at the time it took for a permit for the NV 3G conversions from IDEN to go through the permit Apr 2012 through Nov 2012, and issued on the Jan 2013 it looks like the same time table for a lot of 4G permits.  SO sprint will not start until Feb 2014.  I like to know why sprint decide to start so late with just applying for the permits?  They should of known from past experiences.  The company just not care about there customers.  But all the other carriers are doing the same thing here in Hawaii.  Sprint could have been ahead of the game if they submitted the permits earlier.

  5. Okay where are the IDEN conversions taking place?  How many, how long, and how fast to LTE for the conversion?  Is Sprint pushing on converting the IDEN towers first here in Hawaii or just up grading the 3D towers first?  IS Sprint going to convert both of the towers at the same time.  Is there any new up grades to the Hawaii LTE system? And where (locations).  Please no more Hawaiian Time on the up grades.

  6. Approximately 1/3rd of the ~150 sprint cell sites have had building permits applied or begun zoning stuff (step before building permit application) but due to the nature of the HI government, things are going pretty slow. It takes approximately 3-6 months (or more) to get a building permit issued and a vast majority of sites were applied in the febuary / march / april time frame.

So anytime now IAW 3-6 months As early as May - August or as late as August thru Nov for the permits to be issued?
