It is easy to force the update.

Force stop the google services frame work in the 'all app' list, wait for the clear button to become available, select clear. Then go to system update.

This worked for mine and the wife's. Took three times for mine but 20+ over two days for my wife's.

Local search is back!

Online there's a ground shipping option (if you can get there) for $6.50, over the phone they made me do the standard overnight at $12.95.

Did it over the phone. They made me do the 2-5 day shipping even after I brought up it costing $6.50 online. Came out to $14.45, not bad for an extra battery.

Having just left DFW airport, I can tell you that I did not even get a taste of LTE from there to Mansfield. We shall see when Sprint starts to pay attention to the area near Joe Pool Lake. I have decided not to hold my breath, though.

I get LTE on the south side of DFW Airport (360 & Trinity), then again at 360 & 303. Been getting it for a couple of weeks now. I work right next to the Grand Prairie Airport and get LTE also.

I still haven't got the update.

I got dropped back to 3G on a tower that was LTE earlier.

LTE is live across all of Fort Worth. Assuming the same is true of Dallas.
