I live close to Ivy Tech downtown and my speeds suck all the time. Everyday. I have always wondered how I can live so close to downtown and have such a decrepit and slow network experience. Voice calls are fine but data....sheesh! A few weeks ago, I was in the parking lot of the Walgreens on16th and Meridian and couldn't get a signal at all. 16th and Meridian! I have an Evo 3d which doesn't have any radio problems. I'm like Riggs.I'm excited to see speeds over 100kb also. I tend to stay on the West side and the only place I've ever seen Wimax was at the racetrack and a couple of pockets on the northwest side.

Hi everyone..A Professional lurker has arrived! Of couse no one actually pays me..I'm just quiet by nature. I have been on ' the scene' for years though. I've been a fly on the wall at sites such as dslreports, sprintusers.com, xda, ppcgeeks, androidforums, Google + etc...for a long time. I don't talk much but when I do, I try to make it meaningful or helpful. I don't work in tech but it has always been a hobby for me. I like all things tech but I have a special spot for smartphones that began with my first smartphone, the Audiovox PPC 6600 I purchased back in Summer of 2005. This seems like a nice site. I like it and I would like to hang around...like I do everywhere else.
