Nice, Menifee is a rock throw away. Let's hope we get some LTE goodness too, soon!

Never mind. I drove around the perimeter of "The Crossings" and mapped 8 points of 4g and 400 of 3g, lol.

Receiving a strong 4G signal at Starbucks in "The Crossings at Corona“. Not sure how many other shops the signal covers. Very nice. Makes SB Wi-Fi look like dial up! Will try to map a bit on my way out.

Thanks for the response. I've had a chance to try the 4G at a different location, and everything was fine. No heating problems at all. Awesome phone, especially with Jelly Bean.

Has anyone tested the 4G capabilities of this phone? I have 4G turning on in the area, Corona, CA, and I have been successful only once in pushing data through. The phone just sits there and gets extremely hot on the back, below the camera. Not sure if it's a phone thing or the network itself.

Sitting at 6th Street and Temescal Rd, after updating my PRI and Profile I was able to do a speed test. Here's the results.
After that my phone went back to it's flakey self. I love this phone, but now that LTE is turning on, I might have a defective one. It gets extremely hot on the back right below the camera. Had to revert to 3G to send this.

I mapped a little part of Magnolia on the way back to my truck terminal. I didn't get any LTE driving down Promenade until hitting 6th street. You can definitely see stronger signals further south, closer to Cerritos.

For a while I was thinking my phones 4G was bad. Actually could feel my phone warming up.

BTW, this signal should be coming from the tower on Magnolia and the 15 fwy. Across from Jack in the Box. (By the fuel depot for trucks)
Speed Test Results 4G & 3G

Sent from my LG Optimus G
Now that sites are starting to go live, I'll start mapping with Sensorly. I drive a truck 10 hours a day and cover from Ontario to Temecula, and commute daily between Menifee and Bloomington. So that will cover the 15 and 215 freeways.
My only concern is that my phone gets quite warm when I leave it mapping for a long time. Any tips on using Sensorly? Perhaps settings so I can leave it mapping most of the time.
