I'm several hours from that zone.

I'm still trying. I just can't accept that it won't work!

We did verify the MAC last night the be re provisioned for me. It 'should' work. He thinks the GPS signals aren't strong enough. Honestly I'm stumped.

Yes, I did.

Well, even tho the GPS light is green, they say it hasn't acquired a GPS signal. Idk.
-
I see. Well, I'll let you know what happens tonight. I will have them take it off the account and re provision it.

I realize it may sound stupid to you but I appreciate all the help and suggestions.

Almost at an hour....still blinking red on mobile.

It has. Once they're all green, then you'll be good to go.

That's what I thought! I'll just try to be patient. I sure hope this modem/router change works.

In reading the directions, I feel that because the bottom 3 lights are green, it has connected to the Sprint network. Am I correct?
-
About how long do you think it should take?
-
Trying directly from modem to airave right now. Will let you know. If this doesn't work, I'll take to a friends house.
-
That's why I recommended to shut off the power the cable modem, hook it straight to the cable modem as directed by the instructions that come with it. Then power up the cable modem, then power up the Airave once the cable modem lights show it acquired signal. If that doesn't work then I would try it another location at a friends house or something. It might be a bad Airave.
Good idea. Will do.

I'll try this as soon as I get home.

I have it hooked up via the router. They said that was the best way to so it when I called. Should I not?
