  1. So, once we have 20+20 (or 20+20+20) CA, does that give us Super Turbo Spark max.

That's really a mouth full. Super Turbo Spark Max lol. I could only imagine the marketing commercials for that. "join Sprint and experience the new Super Turbo Spark Max, guaranteed to be faster than anything you've experienced before" [emoji23]

  2. Does it piss anyone else off that Apple doesn't have some kind of popup blocker/redirect blocker for these stupid websites that are allowed to open the App Store? I'm tired of reading websites, and then suddenly being prompted to download "clash of clans," "candy crush," or "draft kings."

They were supposed to put the app pop up blocker in iOS 8, and it was there on the Betas but once the official version came out it seemed like they took the feature out for reasons unknown.

  3. It's hard to keep it up there. I sometimes have to do it 3-4 times in a row to keep the signal number up there, and sometimes it stays up there with no issue. Press and hold the power button until the slide to turn off slider shows up, then press the home button until Field Test crashes. Of course, it helps to have lots of apps open when doing it.

    Thanks bro appreciate it.

Edit: it worked. I missed it. I had it on my iPhone 5 during the iOS 6 days lol.

  4. Every Band 41 site should eventually have the appropriate backhaul. It's just clear sites that initially didn't (don't) have the appropriate backhaul. Many of them will be decommissioned next year. Sprint sites will have fully provisioned backhaul, otherwise B41 is rather pointless. Rather wish Sprint hadn't made the "Turbo" distinction.

I think it's just for competition purposes. Sprint has Spark and Spark Turbo and Verizon has LTE and XLTE. Just names to draw the customer in and make them think they're super fast. Lol

  5. The Mobile site does have notifications. It's not push, but they are there if you click the button at the top right of the page. You can also choose a different skin if you want. Not the worst thing in the world, better than a broken Tapatalk ha.

I like the push. I don't wanna have to check the site of 10 minutes just to see what the haps is lol.

  7. This is why I use the mobile site. Works great for me :P

I stopped using the mobile app once I downloaded Tapatalk. I couldn't use the mobile site because it doesn't have notifications so I was always have to re-read everything to catch up to the post. It's also ugly lol.

  8. Im going to restore my phone and prevent the update from installing. I'm not using this. I already dislike tapatalk with its continuous issues. This puts me over the top. Now I have to disable automatic updates so I don't have to deal with this damn app. If there was an alternative forum app, I would use it even if it was worse at this point, simply because I hate Crapatalk. Argh!

You don't need to do all of that. If the non updated version is on your iTunes just delete the new one and put the old one I've done that several times with certain apps

  9. More than likely antiquated Clear microwave backhaul. It's not uncommon. However, I've found fiber backhaul to be way more common in the city than not. Also, you could be part of the reason why it's slow and not know it. The iPhone 6/6+ launch has reduced speeds on Band 41 in some areas though not to the point where it is unusable.

Edit: You should probably update your Phones/Devices to say that you own an iPhone 6.

I did, Sprint knows I own an iPhone 6,

Edit: wait what exactly do you mean "update my phones so Sprint knows I have a 6." Wouldn't Sprint know anyways, I didn't buy the phone from the Sprint store & when I go online the phone that's attached to my number is an iPhone 6 so I'm confused"

  10. When the phone first came out, it always grabbed LTE less than a minute after losing LTE. Then they released some kind of new carrier update that ruined that. Now it's back to that standard 5 minute scan.

Not me, my phone grabs LTE and it will transfer between all 3 bands before it drops and then when it drops it still gets it back pretty quickly.
