  1. I was pressed up against my living room windows. :-(
  2. That's exactly what's happening to me around my home. Service keeps dropping to 1x. A quick airplane mode cycle gets me 3G back but then drops me back down to 1x. Crossing my fingers that it is NV being done. Either that or this damn Yankee game again. Lol
  3. I'm actually looking forward to NV 3G lol. Woah I just got a "could not activate cellular network" pop up in my iPhone. That hasn't happened since October.
  4. Is there that much of a significant difference between 2100 MHz and 1900 MHz? They're a bit close.
  5. Absolutely. Once there are more towers to connect to, speeds will fall under the advertised average hopefully. As of right now, the more people that connect to the tower, the less efficient it should be. I think Evdo towers don't limit the number of connections it can accept.
  6. I have service there. Not the best but good for phone calls/texts.
  7. Game day in general when the crowds start gathering (of course). I was eating at the diner on Gerard ave and wasn't checking but usually in the vicinity of my home and Joyce Kilmer park the connection is sub .5 Mbps with high pings.
  8. In the places you were in. In the Bronx all along Jerome, 3G has been super slow and also has been LTE. Albeit the LTE was obviously better but it felt like 3G speeds. Hmm maybe they're tweaking the sites. AlcaLu has to hurry and light up the gaps. These Yankees are killing me this season. lol
  9. So we are more likely to experience 3G upgrades than LTE? Not bad. Considering there are 1,100 towers and 48% have some type of upgrade, it's not bad at all. I haven't used LTE for a few days. In fact I turned off LTE seeing as my battery life is better with it off. So ~500 towers that have seen work in a few months... Not bad....
  10. Hey, as long as I get my texts/phone calls, I'm good. :-) Isaiah just switch if you can't wait.
  11. Sister is in Puerto Rico for the weekend. She's enjoying her LTE over there. She's annoyed that she has LTE there but not at her home in Queens. Lol
  12. Nothing new other than the spotty LTE. When you have though its good.
  13. Much appreciated and that sounds awesome. My 3G experiences downtown were always pretty good already so this is just an extra punch.
  14. I see some nice sensory input on Columbus circle and lower.
  15. Ah, okay thanks. Handoffs between LTE and EVDO has been mixed for me. I take the same route on my way to class and back home 5 days a week and usually around the same times in the mornings and afternoons. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. Lately 3G has been pretty decent outside at least so from time to time I actually turn LTE off.
  16. By the way, prl 51096 got pushed to my iPhone. Probably something insignificant compared to 51095 right?
  17. Would it only shut down and not reboot? My phone has randomly resettled itself a few times. Maybe once every month and a half but no big deal. I usually reset it once a day to start with fresh memory every morning like Florida's Orange juice. :-)
  18. Either way, it's a minor win that she came from Verizon. ...and now the world... *evil triangle of contemplation* Anywho, LTE seems to have settled and coverage is okay west of Webster ave. :-)
  19. My sister came crawling from Verizon to join my Sprint family plan yesterday mwahahahaha. Those overage fees are killer. Now the cost per phone is cheaper. :-)
