Hopefully they stop in Nazareth and Emmaus, too. And maybe Egypt along the way B-)
I'll be hitting Lehigh st. today and will check the Emmaus site as well.

Distributing frankincense and myrrh (carrier cards) all over the valley.

I just grabbed some B26 in North Bethlehem going up center street towards 22. I think it was coming from the Santander bank site. First time I've seen it down here!
-
Wish I had a triband to test it out!
Well hurry up already!!
I'm in Bethlehem for the weekend, will check out Easton as well tomorrow.
-
Any B26 sightings in the Lehigh Valley yet?

Got a call today from tech support regarding my eCSFB ticket. Apparently four sites in the Binghamton/Endicott area were fixed today, can't wait to get home and try it. It's about time!
Tried two sites, one in Endwell, one in Endicott. Both have non-functioning eCSFB. Calls to my phone when on LTE go straight to voicemail.
However, the 4G site down the road in Owego has functioning eCSFB, for what it's worth. Found that out at my new job last week.

Not that well, still a lot of 3G spots left and good luck getting 4G inside a building. I thought 4G would be the same coverage as 3G, not even close. I live in sight of a tower, get 26 mbps outside, only 3G inside my house. I hope Sprint isn't done yet because if this is it, it'd be a disappointment.
You have a lot to learn young grasshopper. :-)
800Mhz LTE (Band 26) will essentially mimic 3G coverage once it is turned on. It is not widespread in the Upstate NY market yet, only B25 1900Mhz is.
-
So we've all got 1x800 now on almost all of the full build sites, finally!
The Binghamton market is still having issues with eCSFB, regrettably. I opened up a ticket yesterday with Sprint's technical line, hoping the engineers look into it and actually find something wrong.
Any eCSFB issues in Syracuse or Albany? Or do triband devices place and receive calls just fine up there?
As far as LTE800, I've gotta assume it's just a matter of time for us now that 800 voice is accepted. :-) And hopefully the GMO sites will be knocked out by the end of the year along our connecting highways.

Does a bluetooth headset need to support any specific technologies to take advantage of HD voice? I got my girlfriend a base model Plantronics BT headset last year and it sounds pretty awful, but when she turns it off, the call is super clear again on the handset.

Finally got my OTA. I didn't even know it was downloading until I saw the notification saying I could install it (I didn't know what it was until I checked lol).

Looks like we were on the same schedule, mine just updated too!

Is a mod ever gonna fix the typo in the title? I'm getting a nervous twitch from it

The maps might be for what the cellular coverage will be after B25 optimization, or when B26 is finally complete. But yeah, right now they seem a bit optimistic.

Blips of 800 down here in Endicott today. Really really hope this is the last time they tease us down here and it goes 100% tonight.
7PM: It's off again.

ABE and Reading officially launched today ... As little as that even means!

Might mean a few more sites went LTE since our last map update though :-)

This has always piqued my curiosity. Say it's just a run of the mill Sprint site - 3 panels, 6 RRUs. (Not including the computers and equipment that are in the "huts" at the base of the tower) Is it like running 3-4 120v window air conditioners in my home? Or way, way above that? I've got no clue what kind of juice it takes to broadcast cellular signals to an entire town.

Anyone get 4.4.4 OTA pushed to their device yet?
-
Pinpoint is useless for eCSFB issues. You have to get a ticket open. And no, even most of the advanced support team is clueless about eCSFB. Some of them are aware that tri-band devices have specific issues, but generally they aren't any more knowledgeable than that.
I'll call back tomorrow then. (Or Monday if they're closed on weekends)
-
I called last week, nothing has changed so far. I vaguely remember seeing something on the forums about opening a ticket. They merely pinpointed the sites I was having eCSFB issues on (all of them in my market). Do I need to create a ticket to further escalate this issue?
The representative mentioned that there had already been six other calls about this same issue in my market, and at six, they start to take action.
I mentioned eCSFB and got no response - this team should know what that is, right?
-
They turned it off, we're getting robbed. ROBBED!

100% confirmed a cross-market HD voice call today. Woo hoo!!
This is actually something that happened exactly on schedule, I'm impressed.

This'll sound silly, but did you do a Profile & PRL update after upgrading to 4.4.3? That sometimes help work out some weird quirks that happen while upgrading.
I did, but I will do it again!
-
4.4.3 with new .13 radio. So far going to get groceries and do a few errands I haven't connected to 1X800 but my PCS signal has been so good there hasn't been a reason to use 800. I work all over the Syracuse area tomorrow, I'll keep an eye on what I'm connected to then.

Any findings? I've got zilch as far as 800 goes down here still.
1900Mhz actually got worse in the last week, girlfriend's house is unusable and Sprint won't send them a free Airave even with 4 lines in the house. I told Sprint we'd send it back when 800 is live and optimized but I don't think the reps know what I'm even talking about
-
Girlfriend's brother just did this. Joined a framily, got the $200 gift card, and confirmed unlimited data free for a year with his business discount.
What a freakin' bargain, we all started laughing because none of them have actually had to pay Sprint yet and they keep sending us gift cards!

On another note, Emmaus still doesn't have any B26. Maybe this week they'll continue driving around to enable it. If its on in Bethlehem, they're probably starting to make the rounds. A few weeks ago it was only B25 here.
