  2. Today was a big day for our market. A lot of new 4G spotted by our "4G hawks" in our market! Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  3. I thought the iPhone 5 was capable of receiving 1x800?
  4. I like this trend... It seems like the physical work (mounting RRH's and installing CAB's) are being done 2 - 4 weeks prior to them going 800. I know it's only been about a month since I witnessed contractors mounting RRH's at the tower on US 62 and OH-665 If this continues, all of the sites on poles will be done in no time! Hopefully, they'll be this fast with the rooftop towers!!
  5. The G2 may definitely be a temporary fix for data issues in the large cities (Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland) that are not fully LTE launched yet. I've found that speeds in Columbus on TDD-LTE towers are quite high. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  6. I have a G2, chief. No address is provided about LTE towers. I think it is YOU who need to get your facts straight before you decide to lash out at someone who is trying to lead you the right way. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  7. Haha. Well that was funny... Lol Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  8. Heh heh... "winch"... Sorry, I just had a 10 year old moment there.... LOL Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3 using Taptalk 4
  9. Maybe we'll get lucky and heyGURLhey will do some mapping on that tower!!!! 0_0 Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3 using Taptalk 4

  12. Okay Andy.... when it gets to the point of saying things like "pathetic worthless life", it's not worth responding. That person's opinion will be their opinion. It is what it is. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3 using Taptalk 4
  13. I will.... For those of you that want to go out and search the internet for anyone's opinion then feel free to do a search. For those of you that want to get information from those that know what they are talking about, feel free to donate. Not all the information in S4GRU is not easily available like others claim it to be. The guy who runs this site puts in a ton of work to keep the lights in and keep the public informed. He does not ask for much. People will make ignorant opinions all over. It's up to you to believe them. I've been a member... a sponsor of S4GRU for a little under a year and this site has been very informative. heyGURLhey... if you thought that was cute or funny, it wasn't. Clearly, you don't know much about this site or you wouldn't make statements like that. I'm done. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3 using Taptalk 4

  15. That's good news. That's the closest tower to where I live! Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3 using Taptalk 4
  16. Beat ya to it... sorry bud. *insert "sad horn" here* Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3 using Taptalk 4
  17. I work down in the area. Maybe it's just my phone, but literally the second I an in range of that tower I go in to 4G. Same thing with the tower in WCH. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3 using Taptalk 4
  18. Very true. However, I do find sensorly more reliable than the crappy overblown maps that companies tend to put out for themselves.
  19. One thing I am finding interesting. I was looking at the sensorly maps of the Big 4 when it comes to LTE. Verizon, by far, is king... for now. AT&T, surprisingly, lacks when it comes to providing LTE outside of big cities. T-Mobile is in that same boat with AT&T but that is not shocking. Sprint is not too far behind Verizon. Comparing the Sprint Sensorly map from 6 months ago to now and you clearly see how aggressive they are. It seemed to take them a while to get that fire lit under their asses, but accross the country I see a signifcant amount of purple now. As long as Sprint keeps up the unlimited data, I see Sprint finally making a huge dent in the near future. So far, the Softbank merger has been a huge plus.
  20. I find it interesting how LTE is popping up throughout the state as a whole. Columbus was the first city to have LTE... then all of a sudden, it got extremely quiet here. Then the Cincinnati/Dayton market started popping up. Then it slowed down dramatically. Then the Cleveland market picked up steam. Then it stopped. Now the Columbus market again is rocking. Compare the Sensorly map from two week ago to the Sensorly map now and you see significant changes. Best advice I can give you all down in Cincinnati is to stay patient. It's frustrating but it'll be worth it in the long run. I live in Columbus but work in Washington Court House. WCH went 1x800 last week and it is a huge difference in call quality and data speeds... not to mention one of the towers down there is now broadcasting 4G, I would imagine the Cincinnati/Dayton market is a little more difficult than the Columbus Market because of the terrain down there. I'm sure that they are busting @$$ to get it done before it gets too cold. Sidenote: I'm a little surprised with the interest...or lack there of.... in the Nati market. *scratches head* There is a good amount of ground work taking place in the Columbus market by S4GRU members spotting out new cabinets, verifying LTE, verifying 1x800 and so forth. I follow the Cincinnati thread because I am down there a lot and am just as interested in 4G here as I am with Columbus. For the sponsors that are interested in seeing the groundwork that Columbus members are doing, look at this thread... http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/4742-columbus-market-mapspreadsheet/
  21. I did a ton of mapping on the latest towers. All of the latest accepted towers are active. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3 using Taptalk 4
