  1. I just recently took the plunge and purchased an N6 as well. Received it yesterday and can confirm I'm having the same issues w/ LTE. Moving from an N5 w/ lollipop, messenger sent text messages over LTE almost instantaneously. Now, I'm lucky if the text goes thru in 30 seconds and I had two text messages fail yesterday. Keep in mind, I'm lucky enough to have my towers broadcasting Sprint B25,41,26 and have been for several months. Definitely not a tower issue. I tried a PRL / profile update as well to no avail. As an aside, this phone is huge. I'm really starting to enjoy it though the more I use it. The screen is beautiful. Maybe 5.0.1 will fix it? EDIT: Also, what the heck are you guys using for car mounts now? I used to use this mount for the N5 and loved it. I'm having a hard time even fitting it in my cup holders...
  2. Yea, I noticed the same thing... That is quite a jump for b26 performance. Thanks for taking the time to post this. I'm on the fence with this phone.
  3. Confirmed to be working on L on my N5, so I'd say it is a safe bet it works for the N6.
  4. Not to beat a dead horse, but I'm on 4.4.4 and the new radio with little to no effect. Still drop to 3g quite a bit and haven't noticed any increase in LTE. I also randomly experienced more 1X 800, but agree it may also be a fluke. I hope the final L radio is slightly better. One can hope, right ?
  5. The way that power button looks on the side, it looks like this phone is 10' tall...
  6. Grant Wifi is AWESOME! They are a customer of mine and I constantly do work there remotely.
  7. More B41 spotted. Now is the time to become a Sponsor if not Premier Sponsor for the Columbus Market. Lot of exciting things going on!
  8. Yea, I think that is all it is. Backhaul is live for that site (B25 and B26 connections), I just don't think they have "distributed" it for the B41 yet. Here's to hoping it happens soon, !
  9. Just to note that much more spectrum available for 2.5Ghz, so the capacity woes of 5x5 1900 Mhz shouldn't be a problem. We will never know until they go live. I agree with others, Sprint B41 doesn't seem to be 100% configured. Couldn't get above 30-40 and it felt capped. It is very possible they are still testing these sites before a full switch / go.
  10. Campus is coming along nicely. Considering the data on campus in the summer was lucky to hit .5Mb. Great news considering how dense the population on campus is.
  11. Couldn't agree more. Same situation, upgrade in June and I've been more than content with this phone.
  12. Yup, this chart explains it. irev201, any idea / place we can look for when an area will be MAXX available? I'm just salivating over here...
  13. I have it changed now and you are right it does show up as my Sprint number when dialing from wifi / data. This is HUGE in my opinion. Thank you for the heads up, as soon as I opened up Hangouts it asked me if I wanted to merge over. It is like you were reading my mind, !
  14. Thanks for the quick response. I may have to try that then. This will also enable the voicemails to show up in hangouts as well, right? So, all I have to do is enable the GV integration correct? May try that today and see how it works.
  15. I want to make sure I understand your post... Don't you mean you can make WiFi (data calls) thru your Google Voice number with the hangouts dialer? Whenever I make a call from the dialer and select data call it comes up as if I'm using an 800 number. I do NOT have integration from Google Voice, maybe that is the problem? I had many problems with that before, is that the issue? If that is the case, I may be switching that out soon. I much prefer data calls, for the obvious benefit of SVLTE. Thanks.
  16. All I have to say is that I have Extreme Internet from TWC in my hometown (just outside Columbus, OH) and get 30/5 speeds just as advertised. I sure am jealous of your speeds from TWC... I wonder when our neck of the woods will get upgraded. I agree with everyone above though. I have the SB6141 and Asus RT-N66R combination which has worked flawlessly with my BuffaloNAS (LS421DE930).

FWIW, it sounds like a driver issue. Just because the computer recognizes the phone for MTP does NOT mean that it is configured / drivers are installed for ADB. Glad it worked the other way, much easier.
  18. Blah. Bought it outright, but had a BestBuy giftcard. Oh well.
  19. This your house signal? May actually be usable then...
  20. I'll have to look into their business plans. That sounds substantially better than what I've looked at before. EDIT: I just looked again and see $65 for that same plane. Are you really getting a 30% discount on top of that? Thanks for the heads up.
