  1. Just received my Fi invite yesterday and officially signed up today. Sim should be shipping out soon. I'll keep everyone posted as I'm interested to see what SCP / coverage / hand-offs work.
  2. I seem to have slightly less dB and see it bounce to 3G slightly more. However, it has been one day of testing and most likely is just a placebo effect. This happens all the time? I haven't heard of this issue.
  3. No dice on Wi-Fi calling. At least that I know of, I have no idea where to look...
  4. Thanks for the heads up, had just received the OTA but am unlocked / rooted. Just downloaded and fastbooted, back in action on 5.1.1.
  5. We do not have wifi calling. Doesn't sound like it will be added for Sprint either, .
  6. Thought the very same thing... I don't really need it, but it would help at a couple of the hospitals I frequent with Verizon DAS and poor Sprint service in the basement.
  7. Oh, I'm sorry. I had no idea. I assumed it was just based on available memory. Haven't taken a video longer than 5 minutes. EDIT: I just read a couple of forums on the S5 and S6 length requirements and it looks like they have a timer that shows how much time is left. That is not the case with the N6, so I have to assume it does not have a max length.
  8. Define limit... The back camera shoots at UHD 4K. Front camera best is HD 1080P.
  9. No issues with connecting to Band 26 here. Samsung market if that helps.
  10. Sounds like it is the N6 Verizon variant. Some slight changes, but nothing that non Verizon users should use. Also, how has noone not stated how awesome this update was in reference to sms / mms. I know people said it was fixed, but boy that is an understatement. I was waiting to update due to xposed, but I couldn't stand it. I cannot believe how quickly this phone sends messages now. I know this is standard now w/ LTE, but it is fantastic!
  11. Fixed duplicate SMS messages being sent AMEN!
  12. I think he is speaking to wifi calling. Thanks.
  13. Take this with a grain of salt, but the 54 page thread is at least locked and Sprint has acknowledged an issue as of 2/4...
  14. I don't sit on a clear site at work or home. It is affected in both locations. 3g works perfectly with no issue, however, that is not a fix. Glad to hear that they at least are acknowledging the issue now. I'll call tomorrow.
  15. I am experiencing that issue as well. I have to admit, the text issue bothers me more, simply because I never know if I should trust that it sent or not. Oh well, just wish there was more information from Sprint about it. I spoke to tech support last week and that acted like it wasn't an issue... Otherwise, the N6 is a monster. Switched to the Franco Kernel last week and just logged 6hours 18 minute of voice time with almost 2 hours of SOT and still had 20% left!
  16. It has been kind of quiet on the text message front, are people still experiencing it? I haven't seen a fix yet, just wondering. I am still having the problem.
  17. Interesting note about it being market specific. Count me in for issues w/ sending / receiving in a Samsung market (Columbus, OH).
  18. Not to beat a dead horse, but I also upgraded from the N5. Keep in mind I loved the N5, coming from a long run of HTC devices, EVO, EVO 3D, EVO LTE, the stock experience and how quick everything was. That said, the N6 runs circles around the N5 in every department. Better radio, hover around 4-5 dB better on all bands that I've noticed compared to N5. Battery life as mentioned is at LEAST double if not triple as good as. I use my phone a ton for an actual phone (~3-4 hours per day) and the N6 could care less. I used to charge the N5 at least every time I was in the car and still charged when I got home at the end of the day. Now, I simply don't charge my phone during the day ever. Since December, I have yet to charge it during the day. I cannot say enough about how great this phone is. I forgot to mention the camera is light years ahead of the N5 also. Just buy this phone already!

I'm on a Nexus 6, but I'm assuming you just have the setting for turn off Wi-Fi during sleep enabled. It is under Wi-Fi, then settings advanced Wi-Fi, Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep (should be set to always). Hope that helps.
  20. Google'ing it I only found Sprint users complain about it, doesn't mean it is only them. With it not being offered from Verizon yet, I'll bet that is why we haven't seen them complain as much if it is an issue.
  21. I was wondering if it had something to due w/ eCSFB as well. I agree with the fact that if it goes, it goes immediately just like my N5. If it doesn't, it gets stuck and appears to be 'sending' forever. I've had it come back as failed only to find out that it has been sent multiple times. This would also make sense as to why the problem is 'fixed' by moving to 3G or CMDA instead of LTE. I just wonder how the N6 is any different than any other Tri-Band phone... EDIT: To note, all towers around me are fully upgraded Sprint B25/26/41 and have been for months. So, I do not believe it is the towers causing eCSFB, it is the radio on the phone or some weird network issue with this phone specifically.
  22. I'm one of the people experiencing the text messaging issue, can you all confirm that you are integrated with Google Voice or not? A Sprint thread has recently noted that this may be the problem. I'm going to disconnect mine and let you know if it is any different. Thanks.
  23. I'd love to, but I have an old Altima ('09) w/ a 5 disc changer that is located BELOW the radio and a real awkward spot / no room for the disc mount ones . Thanks for the suggestion though, I hear those work great.
