  1. Weird. Wish I could figure out how to debug it a bit more. Doubt its the phone since the nexus 6p did the exact same things. Only hardware in common was I used the same sim card. Maybe I should get it swapped. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  2. Got my Moto X pure in the mail today after returning a Nexus 6P. I'm seeing the identical issue the 6P had where after hanging up a phone call the phone returns to 3G for 3-4 minutes before returning to LTE. I'm wondering if it's just a bug in the newer Snapdragons, my Nexus 5 and LG G3 never have this issue. Guess I'll learn to live with it, I don't get that many phone calls.
  3. What is a 'little' extra ? Roaming and VoLTE are great but it seems like a lot extra not a little when I've priced it out. Sent from my LGLS990 using Tapatalk
  4. How is everyone liking the 5X ? I returned my 6P last week and just ordered the 5X when it went on sale today. Currently using a LG G3 which isn't a bad phone either, not sure which one I'll make the daily driver yet.
  5. I was in Mexico all week, and Sprint added the free data+voice+sms to my account. Speeds were awesome but hey, it's free.. Seemed to only have service in major cities.
  6. I have an extra one of these now that I shipped the phone back. Shout if you want it. Sent from my LG-ls990 using Tapatalk
  7. I'd switch to cricket before at&t. Same network at less than half the cost. Don't know why anyone pays for. At&t service. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  8. Ringplus has 1500/1500/1500 for free right now. Just put my nexus 5 on there . Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  9. It's not market ,because my nexus 5 and LG G3 work just fine. I don't think this is a showstopper for me , just a minor annoyance at the moment . I don't get a lot of calls. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  10. It connects back to LTE sometimes. Hit or miss. It will eventually move back to lte after a few minutes on 3G but only to B25 where it parks for another 5 minutes before switching to B41. I live 300 yards from a B41 site. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  11. After a phone call Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  12. It's definitely falling back to 3G after a call. The engineering screen and speed test confirm it. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  13. Got my 6P today. It definitely has issues where after a call it stays on 3G or sometimes 1x800 and B25 (where I live right next to a B41 tower.) I'll post a screen shot. Not sure if this is an eCSFB issue because there is no problem getting calls, it's the reconnecting back to LTE after the call ends where I'm seeing an issue.
  14. Ordered the phone Saturday, it shipped today. Seems they are getting faster. 128GB frost.
  15. Anyone had their glass break on the back? I'm guessing not, but it's all over the news today. Guessing it's a non-issue, like bend-gate.
  16. Where is Sprint with VOLTE? Other carriers rolling this out. I hate to see Sprint back in the familiar position of playing catch up again. Sent from my LG-ls990 using Tapatalk

    LG G3

My G3 is like an entire new phone on CM 12.1. Zero issues so far and very smooth. Glad I didn't upgrade .
  18. Root metrics needs to have a test to see how often carriers drop to 3g /etc when the phone is in your pocket.
  19. WiFi calling had been bad on my G3. Frequently says it can't connect, mms doesn't work over text for me. Those are the two biggest issues. I'm lucky enough to live next to a B41 site so I don't need it and can't imagine relying on it. I would go Airrave if I needed home coverage.
  20. I wish they would fix it so wifi calling works when your in airplane mode with wifi on. That's just stupid that it makes you disable airplane mode to make a wifi call. I'm on a G3.

    LG G3

What is the android system update sprit is pushing to my g3?
  22. I always make sure I go into corporate owned sprint stores and not authorized resellers. That helps with the cs experience.
  23. I've never had a problem with Sprint support in the 10 years I've been with them. Always been solid for me.
  24. The ip subnet default of this router was something like 192.168.8.0. I changed it to what my old router used, 192.168.1.0 /26 and devices on my home net worked again. In theory if all your devices dhcp it shouldn't matter but I had some static ip addresses in use.
