  1. Kinda what I was figuring being that I was there around 10pm. I have some errands to do in the Howell area on Saturday Jan 5 so I'll stop by once more. In fact, if you check 3G coverage on Sensorly for that site, you will see some gray dead zones. That's where I was messing with the settings on my phone
  2. Yes, did that too. I know the EVO LTEs have been fussy with 4G reception and signal lock but perhaps LTE is blocked for the night???
  3. I'm currently sitting 150 yds from the Howell LTE tower. Spent at least 10 minutes cycling airplane mode. Nothing but a maxed out 3g signal. Been driving around with no luck. Will try again tomorrow.
  4. My apologies. It did seem weird having one little dot. Something easy to miss say if someone from out of market was quickly skimming around.
  5. Anyone else notice one little blip of purple on sensorly by Centennial Airport south end of Denver?
  6. I simply wanted to give a first hand account of what I did/did not experience driving through Howell. This all went down a day before Robert gave us his update else I would have made determined efforts to verify LTE was active and map what I could. I'm just saying on my end I did not see evidence of LTE being active yet while leaving the door wide open for any and all variables as to why I didnt see it. Knowing now that LTE is on the cusp of being lit up around here then heck yeah I'll pull out all the stops. If I see it myself or get a heads up on towers in Fenton, holly, grand blanc, flint, Hartland, Brighton, and Howell areas then I will map LTE every second I get. I'm still trying to fill in 3g coverage in these areas.
  7. I just drove through the Howell area on the 30th. Nothing on sensorly. Either LTE wasn't unblocked on that tower, I didn't drive by that particular tower or my EVO LTE didn't grab it if I was within range.
  8. Maybe I misread it or that some people didn't bother reading it thoroughly at all but wasn't it posted on the wall that this list of cities was in addition to markets already being rolled out? Point being that just because no Michigan cities were on the new list doesn't mean LTE isn't coming soon. My take is that information was posted thus answering questions before some eventually asked anyway. Then again I could be very wrong.
  9. True but this market was reported to start seeing lte rollout very soon. I was looking at it as pieces of a puzzle.
  10. This explains the trouble I was having with my signal today in Fenton. It's a drive-by photo so I apologize about the lack of quality or closeup. I've recently noticed EHRPD in Fenton, Holly, Hartland and Howell areas so hopefully we're seeing 4G coming to my area very soon.
  11. Seeing ehrpd in the Fenton, Holly, Hartland and Howell areas. It hasn't been around that long. Maybe a month or two.
