That's not New Hampshire. It's Maine... The map is showing the lack of LTE between Kittery (ME/NH border) to about Biddeford/Saco, Maine. (About 32 miles or so) ---- My statement about overall coverage in Maine is specifically highlighting poor service once you get off major highways. Downtown Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth, Scarborough, Freeport, Cumberland, Gray, etc. Coverage is weak, at best, in all those areas. Same applies to parts of NH once you get off major highways. LTE service is lost pretty quickly.

Yeah, I've lived here my entire life and could never recommend Sprint to someone in the Northeast, especially those who travel to ME and NH. Even in the populated parts of Maine, Sprint LTE is stretched thinly. 3G and 1x are more common than LTE. This is a major highway (95) and it's not covered by Sprint LTE. The other 3 have had service there for a long time...

Paranormal and Supernatural Technological Mysteries thread

Yup. More drivel from OP. Perhaps he should make a blog for all his thoughts... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Respectfully, I disagree. There's a difference between expressing your opinions concisely and babbling. In fact, your paragraphs make this site harder to read. Tapatalk lags/skips when I'm scrolling through your drivel. Examples? Again, no disrespect meant, but you're killing the mobile usability of this site.

That was the point (Insert random nonsense about Lumia and 4k TVs here) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

100% agree with this. Also, what is up with some users going on and on about non-sense that could be said in 1-2 sentences? It would be nice if these paragraphs could be toned down... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The chart was from May 8... http://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/how-verizon-at-t-t-mobile-sprint-and-more-stacked-up-q1-2017-top-7-carriers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just as I suspected. T-Mobile pretends like their network is equivalent to Verizon and AT&T, but their metrics tell a different story Their ARPU is nowhere near AT&T and their churn is much higher than T and V

Here's some Verizon-only Small Cells deployed by Crown Castle in downtown Boston. http://boston.maps.arcgis.com/apps/View/index.html?appid=f3f5d1abe3e74f2485555d10ce58976a We also have other equipment deployed by Extenet, American Tower, and VZW themselves. Will post pictures in a few weeks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hm... I have no grudge. I was merely pointing out fact using Ookla data. Using data from across the nation, yes, Sprint would be considered the slowest. Speedsmart's recent report also conveys the same thing. (http://speedsmart.net/wireless_index/april_2017/) (FYI I am not trying to attack you or anyone else on this site)

But we've been hearing this for years. B41 this. B41 that. Sprint still has the slowest LTE network in the US with the most spectrum and least amount of customers. This is a good point. All three of the universities I went to for (undergrad/masters/professional) has carrier-neutral DAS systems across their campuses. Two carriers usually ignored them and didn't bother deploying their equipment.

But they are though... HPUE: 3GPP proposed HPUE for Band 14 in Rel 11 of the LTE standard, so we should see AT&T using HPUE for their FirstNet spectrum. Small cells: Verizon (and AT&T) have been deploying small cells for years. T-Mo was able to take over MetroPCS' oDAS systems in many major cities and are deploying small cells of their own. If anything, Sprint is last to this race. Magic Box: T-Mobile has a very similar LTE box (I understand the differences between the two) already, but like I said when T-Mobile brought theirs out; It's a band-aid to a much larger problem. They lack density and B25/26 need to be better optimized across the US. I would much rather see stronger B25/26 signal. tl;dr? Sprint is merely utilizing tools that everyone else already has...
