  1. https://www.xda-developers.com/qualcomm-snapdragon-x75-modem-released/ Wondet how T-Mobile will support newer features
  2. No N25 SA yet. Apparently the S23 does have it enabled per Reddit user I tweeted at Des but I doubt he'll see my question.
  3. OneUI 5.1 update out at least for locked
  4. The battery life is certainly an issue. It isn't a big deal because I'm rarely in a situation where I couldn't top off. The S23U is reported to match the iPhone 14 Pro Max in battery life.
  5. Miserable upgrade credits from Samsung this year unless you want to rely on carrier financing. Sticking with S22U for a while.
  6. Another Jan update for the locked. And still no N25 SA
  7. Jan update for locked out and.. still no N25 SA. What the heck.
  8. What would the use case be for N25 NSA? Did Samsung just program the update incorrectly?
  9. Plus how many phones support N25 SA? The recent N25 update only added NSA
  10. I guess for now we'll have to do the "hack" method to enable N25 SA.
  11. New update for locked and Merry Christmas! -NR5G: 1-NSA-NRDC 7-NSA-NRD 25-NSA-NRDC 28-NSA-NRDC 41-NSA-SA-NRDC 66-NSA-SA-NR 71-NSA-SA-NRDC 78-NSA-NRDC 260-NSA-NRDC 261-NSA-NRDC
  12. Cheers! So was I recently. Service was terrible around there and no data access on AT&T.
  13. It is strange N25 still isn't available. It can be selected if you do the "hack" discussed previously of opening up all bands. I haven't tried forcing it to see if it works in any area being tested.
  14. November update out for locked TM
  15. Interesting that T-Mobile is bragging about 3x CA coming to the S22 first in the coming weeks. The next update must enable it.
  16. T-Mobile is still very strict on roaming areas, correct? There were a couple of times on a trip last week that I had to rely on my wife's phone on AT&T because I was not getting any data roaming (and it is set to on). I know in the past T-Mobile blocked roaming in areas it "thinks" it has coverage. Probably won't be adding her to my plan for the time being
  17. New beta update out this morning.
  18. Got it, now I see all of the options that were shown here. https://twitter.com/milanmilanovic/status/1564659165183844353/photo/1 Now we'll see if this translates into anything in the real world! I finally found a 1+gbps site in rural Indiana a few days ago (I have not seen any in the Milwaukee area yet)
  19. Download SamFW FRP tool 3.1 or latest version from here. Open SamFW FRP tool and connect your phone to the computer with a USB. Using SamFW FRP tool, go to MTP tab and click on "Enable Secret Code for Verizon". See the picture below. Note it works on any US CSC even though it says "for Verizon". That part. The codes do not work for me, I assume without going through these extra steps.
  20. I assume for this unlocking process we need to use that secret code for Verizon method?
  21. Another new beta update this morning. And nothing new in the band menu RCS connecting bug appears fixed.
  22. It seems there are areas that T-Mobile signal is held on to instead of going on a much stronger and not converted Sprint tower. It should be seamless by now until those are converted. I guess if T-Mobile didn't care about thar area before they still do not care. There's a couple of towns by me in WI that Sprint service was much stronger.
  23. I'm hoping we can keep Tidal post conversion but I won't hold my breath.
  24. iOS users see frequent carrier updates, so I was curious if this is something that happens on Samsung devices, too.
