Try long pressing on the button that brings up the apps. That's how it works on the G3.Sorry to hear about the battery. Had the same issue after lollipop upgrade on the G3. Every after a factory reset.

I am seeing this as well. At first I figured they turned it back on with the update, but even after turning it off I still see this.

Thanks! Its not really causing me issues but the compass is a bit off, so nice that we can get these fixes now instead of waiting for lollipop. Maybe the wi-fi calling update will help my issues with text messages with that active as well.

Agreed. All the towers around us are updated and it did not help much. Have to rely on an Airave at home. I updated to the g3 and passed on the g2 to my husband with the expectation we would both have wifi calling. Does it look like that's going to happen.

I had my G3 on Art for 2 weeks and during that time had it freeze 4 times. On dalvik I have not had that at all. Been using the g3 since launch.

Anyone else having data issues today? Lost data in the Matthews area around 12:30. Stayed down there all the way down 51 to albemarle road, then all the way to Midland. 4g or 3g, strong or weak signal. Persisted through airplane cycle and reboot. On both my g3 and my husband's g2. Never seen anything like that!

I just switched over as of Sat. I have 6 lines as well with 20gb, $15 per line plus the base $100. No other charges. My total space is showing 42gb! I plan to not try using that extra 10gb though!

This! One of my main excuses for getting the G3 and giving my husband the G2 was so we would both have WiFi calling. Would love to pull the Airave.

Wow, I have been keeping up with this thread but missed this, answered the exact question I had. I have 6 on a framily plan. This would save me about 25 a month and double my data (two lines pay for the 3GB)!

Spoke too soon. Someone on xda figured out how to get to the lg themes: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2825928 Worked for me!

I was able to change the theme for the keyboard under Keyboard Height and Layout, then Keyboard theme. As for changing the theme for the phone, that seems to be gone!

I am lucky to be near a window Uptown and get b41, but was not expecting this speed test! When I have checked before the download has been in the upper 20's But just head to the other side of the building and it slows way down. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk

I am connected to band 41 right now in Uptown Charlotte, near the Holiday Inn on College St. Have been getting it here since my g2 was spark enabled a couple months ago. It's the only spot I have noticed though. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk

I am having this same issue. I have only used Play Music once since the update and it was music pinned to the phone. This happens on at least half the songs. I would have to go to the next track to get it going again. No solutions, but I share your pain. Was going to do a factory reset over the weekend and hate to hear that it did not help! I received the update this morning as well. I did reboot after the update, but speeds looked the same here at work, I am not in a spark city so did not really expect it. Debug screen showed my lte band as unknown. But then I did a prl update and wow! From 3 down to 30! On band 41. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk

Hi - I have had my G2 for 10 days now and I really love this phone. My main worry about going for it was the reported GPS problems. I am happy to report that my GPS locks on pretty quickly, and stays on track through my ride to work when using Waze or navigation. The issue I do have is the times it cannot connect (like a parking deck) the estimated location is WAY off. My S3 also could not connect to GPS here, but when I brought up Waze, the estimated location was usually spot on, or within a block. The G2 shows me up to 12 miles away, outside the bad traffic zone making it pretty worthless. Anyone else seeing this? Anything that could possible help out? I have all the location settings turned on.
