  1. When I used the Nexus 5 for a year before getting this S6, I had a lot of that too. Mostly time without signal issues. I figured that when I got the S6 at launch in April that having a variant of a phone specifically for their network might work better than one that works on all like the Nexus 5. And for two months that was true. Very good LTE reception up until three days ago and it just cratered at my house. -_- Adding insult to injury my connection to their network is so bad that it can't complete the handoff to WiFi Calling. They really fubar'd some of these towers or something.
  2. Just W of the MoA and my overnight Time Without Signal is now over 80% as it rotates through the signal connections! Sigh. Wish it were easier to bring this to Sprint's attention but they'll always just assume it is a device problem and never their end.
  3. Is something goofy going on in the metro today? Specifically the south metro? All of the sudden today I am no longer able to maintain an LTE connection on my Galaxy S6 anywhere. It'll jump onto LTE for about 10-15 seconds and then go back to 3G until it tries again in a few minutes. Happening at multiple locations. Just baffling as I have not had LTE connection issues in these areas before. It is literally like someone flipped a switch. Tried profile and PRL updates and reboots with no change. Meanwhile a Galaxy S5 Sport at the exact same locations stays locked solid on LTE without issue. -_-
  4. OK, after ordering last Thursday and being told that everything was good I decided to call them again today as I haven't received even a confirmation email. I was told that even though my line was indeed eligible they didn't send it to me because I have a corporate account and allegedly their system won't allow them to send it to me? Does this make sense to anyone? How can I be eligible and not sent it? Is this just a bunch of FUD? I'd be greatly interested to hear if there are other people on here with a corporate discount that did receive theirs.
  5. What are you using that gives you your LTE band connection in the notification bar?
  6. I got a "This is a known issue. We are working with our device techs to get this resolved. Temporary work around is set your GS6 to CDMA" reply. Not sure if it is honest or just fluff said to placate me. Disabling LTE for the time being isn't a solution imho.
  7. Maybe it only affects the "plain" S6 and not the edge like you have though. Just baffling. Tried the other apps in those threads and I have the same issue with Google Play Music, Instagram, etc that they do besides the aforementioned Facebook. Just wish I knew what I could do to bring this to Sprint's attention. CS will just blow me off of course.

On wifi it runs just fine and normal internet browsing doesn't have this issue. I've tried reinstalling the application from scratch, updating profile, factory resets, and none of it fixes it. Is this something isolated that only some like me are suffering from or are there people here seeing the same thing? Right now it is almost making the phone useless out of house/work environments that do have Wifi.
